1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. Those contracts that have unit prices based on the geographic location of the customer, should show the range of the lowest price, and cite the areas to which the prices apply.
Prices are based on an hourly rate of one (1) Labor Category for SIN 541611. Prices are not based on geographic location.

Department of Labor Wage Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, (Rev. -9), (Rev. Date 12/26/2018). State of Florida, Lake County. The prices offered are based on the preponderance of where work is performed and should the contractor perform in an area with lower SCA rates, resulting in lower wages being paid, the task order prices will be discounted accordingly.
Labor Category Descriptions:
Senior Project Manager Senior Project Manager plans and manages every aspect of any assigned project, including all resource management – personnel, budgetary and programmatic. Plans, defines, and directs projects tasks assigned to other project members. Determines specific project needs including staff training, staff evaluation, project management tools – evaluative, timeline tools, and other resources required for achieving project goals.
Addresses policy development and evaluation; internal quality control; reviews policy regarding maintenance of records, funds, and property; organization admission and orientation procedures; and policy review regarding compliance with federal state, and local legal requirements. Senior Project Manager reports directly to a company Partner.
Education: BA/BS Experience: Minimum of 20 years in the areas of organizational and/or program management Subject Matter Expert – Organizational Health Management Plans, organizes, and manages health-related organizational management tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Will assist the Senior Project Manager in policy-review and management of processes implemented to identify and/or define health-related programs/processes, administrative structures, issues, impediments, attributes, and other matters that may impact upon overall management of an organization. Will require knowledge of organizational investigative tools, familiarity with organizational management precepts for each. organization being reviewed and assisted, ability to present written findings in a coherent, precise, and succinct manner. Addresses policy issues related to the management of quality assurance of, and access to, all medical, mental health, and dental services provided by the facility.
Education: BA/BS Experience: Minimum of 10 years in areas of organization and/or program management, with emphasis on organizational health management Subject Matter Expert – Organizational Security Management Plans, organizes, and manages security-related organizational management tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Will assist the Senior Project Manager the policy review, management and identification of securityrelated programs/processes, administrative structures, issues, impediments, attributes, and other matters that may impact upon overall management of an organization. Will require knowledge of organizational investigative tools, familiarity with organizational management precepts for each organization being reviewed and assisted, ability to present written findings in a coherent, precise, and succinct manner. Addresses the issuance of policies and procedures to staff; appropriate use of force; maintenance of daily incidents logs; emergency readiness; and detainee accountability and discipline.
Education: BA/BS Experience: Minimum of 10 years in areas of organization and/or program management, with emphasis on organizational security management Subject Matter Expert – Organizational Provisions Management Plans, organizes, and manages provisions-related organizational management tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Will assist the Senior Project Manager the policy-review, management and identification of nutrition and sanitation-related programs/processes, administrative structures, issues, impediments, attributes, and other matters that may impact upon overall management of an organization. Will require knowledge of organizational investigative tools, familiarity with organizational management precepts for each organization being reviewed and assisted, ability to present written findings in a coherent, precise, and succinct manner. Provides management guidance in the areas of nutrition and sanitation policy as they related to an organization.
Education: BA/BS Experience: Minimum of 10 years in areas of organization and/or program management, with emphasis on organizational provisions management Subject Matter Expert – Organizational Safety Management Plans, organizes, and manages safety-related organizational management tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Will assist the Senior Project Manager in the area of policy review and management policy guidance in identifying and/or defining safety-related programs/processes, administrative structures, issues, impediments, attributes, and other matters that may impact upon overall management of an organization. Will require knowledge of organizational investigative tools, familiarity with organizational management precepts for each organization being reviewed and assisted, ability to present written findings in a coherent, precise, and succinct manner. Reviews organizational management policies that address the adequacy of management of safety programs; management of programs designed to mitigate issues or outcomes related to safety issues within an organization.
Education: BA/BS Experience: Minimum of 10 years in areas of organization and/or program management, with emphasis on organizational safety management Administrative Support Provides all project administrative support including preparation of project-related reports and/or other. administrative instruments in support of a project. Acts as assistant to the Senior Project Manager in administrative matters related to a project. Other ancillary duties include tracking of payroll records and managing timeline and timetable reporting. Reports directly to the Project Manager.
Education: HS Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience directly related to managing administrative requirements of an office or project.
