TRAINING COURSES
Project Director Minimum/General Experience:
1. Five (5) years’ experience in the public and private sectors in the human resource arena with at least three (3) years’ experience supervising/managing the implementation of organizational development, adult learning, and performance improvement events/products in an organizational setting.
2. Experience designing and conducting training and development programs in an organizational (not academic) setting for multiple levels of employees, especially supervisors, managers and executives.
3. Experience managing programs and/or acting as the fully authorized agent of a contractor.
Functional Responsibility:
1. Overall responsibility to manage contract employees and all aspects of the contract activities and deliverables.
2. Participate in learning, organizational development and performance improvement event/product planning sessions as required.
