5 years Performs and oversees geological and hydrogeological investigations, environmental sampling, site assessments, remedial investigations and feasibility studies, information management, and other environmental, compliance and waste management tasks assigned by more senior personnel.

Regularly responsible for supervision of the field staff on a specific environmental project. Oversees and prepares written reports for review by senior staff and delivery to client.

Laboratory Technician

Associates and/or specialized relevant training certificate

3 years Applies standard methods, techniques, procedures and criteria to perform a variety of standardized tests, analysis and procedures on material samples for environmental hazards. Works under general supervision. May seek specific contaminants, or may test multiple samples across an entire ecosystem, including air, water, wastewater, soil and sediment to look for the presence of a variety of pollutants.

Prepares reports per requirements and certifies accuracy of data. Collects samples in coordination with field personnel. Insures sample hold times are met and chain-of-custody procedures are followed.

Clerical High School, Associates or equivalent

2 years Represents the company in telephone and on-premise contacts by providing administrative project support to both customer and company personnel. Performs project-specific clerical duties such preparation, review and processing of project documentation, reports and invoices.

The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract and it includes SCA applicable labor categories. The prices for the cited SCA labor categories are based on the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number(s) identified in the SCA matrix and above. The prices offered are based on the preponderance of where work is performed and should the contractor perform in an area with lower SCA rates, resulting in lower wages being paid, the task order prices will be discounted accordingly.
