Integrated Consulting Services Computer Cite offers consulting services and custom deliverables that cover the full spectrum of PSS implementation activities, from initial educational workshops with senior leaders through all phases of organizational transformations. Computer Cite has a consultant staff who are available to provide expert advice, assistance, guidance, or counseling in support of customer s management, organization, and business improvement efforts. These professionals perform studies, facilitate workshops, and apply sound analysis, business, and scientific expertise to solve a wide variety of customer problems.

Computer Cite provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include but are not limited to:

2. Labor Category Subject Matter Expert Min. Experience 10 years of project related experience Education Level Masters’ degree in business, management, finance, accounting, computer science, information system, human relations or project related discipline requirements.

Responsibility Description

The Subject Matter Expert serves as the manager for federal business related to products and services such as, but not limited to, strategic, business and action planning; system alignment;

cycle time; high performance work; leadership systems; process and productivity improvement; and organizational assessments. Also includes detailing market analysis specific to client’s business model, business planning and processing, performance measurements, government affairs, managerial structuring and process analysis, proposal support and development, general management assistance, and facilitation of management decisions.

Labor Category Program Manager Min. Experience 8 years of program management or project related experience Education Level Bachelors’ degree in business, management, finance, accounting, computer science, information system, engineering or project related discipline requirements.

Responsibility Description

The Program Manager serves as the manager or director on simple, complex, or multiple task projects. Also serves as the principal liaison between the Contractor and the Government.

Manages other project managers, providing corporate level resources and over site. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that all tasking associated with a Government – funded program or project is completed effectively and efficiently, on time and within budget.

May carry out project technical and financial management tasking on day-to-day operations, including man-hour loading, assuring timely contract deliverables, and personnel management.

Labor Category Senior Consultant Min. Experience 4 to 6 years of project related experience.

Education Level Bachelors or Masters degree required. May need a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, information systems finance, or Business plus four years of experience, or a project related discipline.

Responsibility Description

The Senior Consultant possesses demonstrated experience in the formal and informal training of software programs, applications, or processes and other information or communication systems. Prepares develops and presents technical, program or contract management inputs, briefings and plans; analysis of technical, program or contract data; forecasting of economic and performance data; and general technical, program, or contract management support.

Analyzes management decisions and systems acquisition. Directs and supports the development of acquisition strategies for various electronic documents. Manages all tasking to ensure that it is completed effectively and efficiently, on time and within budget. Performs research, developments, and preparation of statements of work, bills of material, material quotes, cost reasonableness documentation, and product market search.

Labor Category Consultant Min. Experience At least 3 years project related experience Education Level Associates degree required. Bachelors’ degree preferred.

Two years of experience in a project related discipline may be substituted for one year of college.

Responsibility Description

The Consultant assists preparation of technical, program or contract management inputs, briefings, and plans; forecasting of economic and performance data; and general technical, program, or contract management support. Analyzes management decisions and systems acquisition. Also supports the development of acquisition strategies for various electronic documents. Performs research, development and preparation of statements of work, bills of material, material quotes, cost reasonableness documentation, and product market search.

The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) maybe applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101,

22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the Contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the Contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
