27. Uncompensated Overtime: Innové labor rates were developed utilizing uncompensated overtime for exempt employees. All hours delivered will be at the rates reflected in the price list.
Service Contract Act: The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire PSS and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCA labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

Principal Consultant II
MA/MS in discipline related to business area for which he/she is responsible plus at least 12 years directly related experience, including prior significant management responsibility in a professional services company, or BA/BS degree in discipline related to business area for which he/she is responsible plus at least 15 years directly related experience, including prior significant management responsibility in a professional services company or related industry.
Within broad objectives, established by the CEO, has the latitude to operate with a high degree of autonomy, relying on previous experience and a thorough knowledge of the Company’s goals and its approved operating practices and procedures. Is recognized as thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable within area of responsibility.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities: Assumes responsibility for leading and managing a significant area of business activity involving one or more functional areas.
Accountable for profit/loss within area of responsibility.
With general guidance from the CEO has complete latitude to recommend, interpret, and implement policies and procedures that facilitate attainment of Company goals.

Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel. Responsible for overall contract performance. Under stringent time frames, assembles and recruits as necessary to perform assigned tasks. Project Support Specialist
MA/MS in Business Administration or appropriate specialized field of study plus 2-4 years directly related experience or BA/BS plus at least 6-8 years directly related experience.
Within defined objectives, but with considerable latitude, performs in a professional position requiring an in- depth knowledge. Capable of independent, complex analysis, concept formulation and new method identification. Serves as a prime point of contact for clients.
Description/Scope of Responsibilities
Data Technician High School diploma plus at least 1 year of additional training or education in field of specialization.
Demonstrated proficiency in use of all tools and equipment appropriate to job responsibilities.
Appropriate license or certification, as required by position.
A minimum of 3-5 years successful performance in area of responsibility.
Performs duties of position with minimal supervision, occasionally requiring guidance from higher levels of authority. Relies on previous experience and capability to use the tools and equipment to achieve the objectives of the position. Thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations applicable to position.

Logistics Coordinator
