Whether analyzing information to meet the requirements of NEPA, performing a Phase I archeological investigation, or conducting an ecological risk assessment, Adanta has the expertise to assist you. Following are just a few examples of the types of environmental planning services and documentation Adanta can provide to you under this SIN:
• Planning and Documentation Services for the development, planning, facilitation, coordination, and documentation of and/or for environmental initiatives (or mandates such as Executive Order 13423) in areas of chemical, radiological, and/or hazardous materials; ISA 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and sustainable performance measure development

Administrative Assistant
Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma
Functional Responsibility: Performs office support for designated company employees or designated group/office. Directs telephone calls and incoming mail, conducts computer support research, data entry, filing, and producing and mailing reports. Maintains customer and vendor databases and supports the business development effort by maintaining leads and conducting customer outreach campaigns.
Field Technician
Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma and two years’ experience in the environmental field. Must be 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
Functional Responsibility: Conducts field work, including soil and groundwater sampling, surface water sampling, and air monitoring. Works independently under the supervision of a project manager or registered environmental professional. Maintains detailed records of field work and enters information into varying databases and systems; supports report writing efforts.
Staff Geologist/Engineer/Environmental Specialist
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, Engineering, or Environmental
Science from an accredited school. Must be 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained. Has a minimum one year’s experience in the environmental field.
Functional Responsibility: Conducts environmental projects. Sets up project activities, arranges subcontractors and vendors as needed, conducts research and field work, gathers and compiles data, writes reports and project summaries. Reports to Project Manager.
Project-level Geologist/Engineer/Environmental Scientist
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental
Science from an accredited school. Has a minimum of five years’ experience conducting environmental projects successfully.
Functional Responsibility: Performs and oversees environmental projects. Responsible for project performance and budgets. Conducts, schedules, and directs work, oversees staff-level and technician level project staff. Plans, evaluates, and ensures quality control of projects. Makes decisions regarding project issues, reports to clients and senior management, troubleshoots field and performance issues.

Project Manager
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental
Science from an accredited school, Minimum 8 years’ experience conducting environmental projects.
Functional Responsibility: Oversees the successful completion of single projects. Develops scope for field and office tasks. Oversees and directs field exploration, sampling, inspection, analysis and report production. Organizes resources, delegates staff assignments, prepares work plans and monitors schedules. Provides training for entry-level technicians and professional staff as needed. Oversees and monitors project budgets and reports to senior staff and clients.
Conducts ongoing business development and ensures client satisfaction, technical excellence and company reputation.
Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC)
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited school, CAC
Registration, 40-hour HAZWOPER Training, minimum 7 years’ experience conducting and overseeing asbestos-related projects.
Functional Responsibility: Oversees asbestos-related projects through planning and troubleshooting. Prepares asbestos abatement plans and O&M plans. Interacts with clients and advises proper courses of action for asbestos-related issues. May oversee technicians in the field for naturally occurring asbestos air monitoring projects. This labor category does not include any construction and/or architect-engineer services.
Senior Project Manager
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited school plus 10 years’ experience in the environmental field.
Responsible for complex projects and multiple tasks and locations. Responsibilities include establishing project benchmarks and goals, quality control protocols, customer relations, general oversight of operations and related activities. Has overall cost and schedule responsibility, as well as working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and guidance related to the work to ensure compliance at all times.
Professional Geologist/Hydrogeologist
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from an accredited, Professional
Geologist (PG) or Professional Hydrogeologist (PHG) registration, 40-hour HAZWOPER training, and minimum 10 years’ experience conducting geology related projects.

Functional Responsibility: Conducts and oversees projects related to soil and groundwater.
Provides a high level of expertise in assessing and mitigating complicated subsurface environments. Accepts responsibility for the competency of team members. Develops training regimens for soil logging, and groundwater characterization analysis. Provides quality assurance and quality control for individual projects, and corporate programs. Develops and maintains client relationships.
Professional Engineer
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited school, Professional Engineer (PE) Registration and minimum 10 years’ experience conducting engineering projects, particularly environmental engineering work.
Functional Responsibility: Performs specific engineering or scientific work on projects including preparing complex plans, reports, specifications, analyses, and calculations. Independently evaluates, selects, and recommends techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform technical tasks, field tasks, studies, and analysis. Develops and maintains client relationships.
Program Manager
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited school with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Program Management for similar programs, professional registration where applicable, and a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for overall management direction and coordination of a program involving multiple multidisciplinary projects. Functional Responsibility: Conducts and consults on complex engineering issues, including remediation systems, energy projects and greenhouse gas emissions. Designs modeling parameters and interprets data from calculations, makes recommendations for troubleshooting project issues.
Principal
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree plus 15 years’ experience in the environmental field and significant business management expertise as well as industry contacts.
Must be well respected in the industry.
Functional Responsibility: Directs the overall company and complex projects requiring integration of refined scientific/engineering techniques with the outputs of other disciplines, such as environmental science/engineering and law.
