WETLANDS − ECS coordinates with our clients and the local and federal regulatory agencies to perfrom wetland delineations, mitigation and permitting. ECS wetland scientists can efficiently guide our clients through the permitting process in the most cost effective manner.

ASBESTOS/LEAD − ECS provides asbestos and lead−based paint management services associated with propety transactions, renovation, and demolition projects. If asbestos containing materials or lead−based paint are identified, ECS works with our clients to evaluate innovative alternatives and cost−saving options for the project.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY − ECS provides indoor air quality testing and evaluation to include mold or fungal assessments as a part of property transactions, renovation and demolition activities. ECS can also provide the Indoor Air Quality testing in accordance with the standards set by the United States Green Building Council in order to obtain LEED credits.
