1—Program Manager V Functional Responsibility:

Manages substantial client contract support operations involving multiple projects. Demonstrated expertise in program and/or systems management, planning and development. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities. Serves as the contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) government management personnel, and client agency representatives.
