1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. Site Surveillance Officer The Site Surveillance Technician provides on-site organization, direction, control, and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of construction-related projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Site Surveillance Technician assists the Operations staff in the completion of all assigned construction-related projects so that the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship; and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract.
Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS and two years of experience.
Project Manager / Designer The Project Manager/Designer provides the organization, direction, control and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Project Manager/Designer directs the completion of all assigned projects so that the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship; and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract.
Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS and four years of experience Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager provides the organization, direction, control and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of construction-related projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Senior Industrial Hygienist directs the completion of all assigned industrial-hygiene projects so that the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship; and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract. The Senior Industrial Hygienist develops Standard Procedures and Policies for the Department and submits them to the President for approval. The Senior Industrial Hygienist manages the most challenging projects.

Certified Industrial Hygienist
The Certified Industrial Hygienist will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and directing business activities of the Industrial Hygiene Department. These functions shall be performed in order to achieve the fiscal and organizational objectives set forth at Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. This position will take an active role in daily activities and processing work accurately and efficiently through the company systems as determined by management.
Minimum Education and Experience: MA and six years of experience.
Principal The Principal provides the leadership, planning, organization, direction, coordination and control to meet the profit and growth objectives of Citadel Environmental, Services, Inc. The Principal insures the continuing ethical and prudent operation of the company.
Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS and ten years of experience.
Staff Geologist The Staff Geologist, Environmental Geology Services assists senior Operations staff in staffing Environmental Geology-related projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Staff Geologist investigates sites, takes samples, and oversees active worksites.
Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS and six months of experience.
Project Geologist The Project Geologist, Environmental Geology Services assists senior Operations staff in providing the organization, direction, control and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of Environmental Geology-related projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Project Geologist, Environmental Geology Services assists senior Operations staff in the completion of all assigned Environmental Geology-related projects so that the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship; and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract.
Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS and two years of experience Senior Geologist The Senior Geologist, Environmental Geology Services oversees the organization, direction, control and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of Environmental Geology-related projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Senior Geologist, Environmental Geology Services is responsible for the completion of all assigned Environmental Geology-related projects so that the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship; and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract.

California Registered Geologist The California Registered Geologist holds a current and valid Registered Geologist, or equivalent, certificate issued by the State if California, and oversees the direction, control and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of Environmental Geology-related projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The California Registered Geologist is responsible for the final review and Registered oversight of all relevant Environmental Geology-related projects, so that the work is completed in accordance with all applicable regulations, the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship, and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract.
Minimum Education and Experience: MA and four years of experience.
Expert Witness The expert witness provides testimony regarding environmental issues. The expert witness consults on issues involving environmental forensic, environmental health and safety, and environmental impact studies (EIS). The expert witness provides reports and expert testimony regarding EPA regulations. The expert witness also provides expert testimony on air pollution, the Clean Water Act, asbestos and lead-based paint assessment, soil/groundwater investigations, above ground and underground storage sites, and landfills, as well as related issues.
Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS diploma and ten years of experience.
Project Admin Assistant The Administrative Assistant works with the Finance and Administration Manager in coordinating the administration needs, or requests, for the entire working staff throughout Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Administrative Assistant is the initial point of contact with existing clients, business prospects, supply vendors, suppliers, and other business professionals. Given this highly visible position to outside contacts, it is essential that the individual project an image that is consistent with corporate philosophy and purpose of Citadel Environmental Services, Inc., that includes, but not limited to, demonstration of the proper decorum and professionalism as required. The Administrative Assistant inputs data into the database, generates reports from the database as specified by the President or the Finance and Administration Manager of Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. The Administrative Assistant maintains and organizes in orderly fashion the company reports, client data and all other documents, as specified by the Operations Staff or the Finance and Administration Manager.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School diploma and 4 years Draftsperson The Draftsperson oversees the organization, direction, control and coordination necessary for the successful implementation, execution, and completion of projects awarded to Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. that require drafting. The Draftsperson is responsible for the completion of all assigned drafting projects so that the client is satisfied with the finished work product and the working relationship; and the costs for billable hours, subcontractors’ fees, and other direct costs (ODCs) fall within those estimated in the contract.
