Comskil, Inc. is a woman-owned small business headquartered in N. Bethesda, MD. We provide Leadership Development (LD), Organizational Development (OD), and Trauma- Informed/Resilience services for federal agencies and commercial clients. We minimize performance risk, establish health measurement programs, transform leaders and emerging leaders, decision makers and cross-team members and help them become more resilient, collaborative, capable and better leaders working both across and within teams. We help individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
Our core services are strategic consulting, Leadership Development Programs, training, individual coaching, team coaching, group coaching, collaborative communication/facilitation, and facilitating retreats, meetings, and team-building events. Our Trauma-Informed and Resilience services are for professionals who work in fields that entail a high level of risk, require giving care to vulnerable people, or evoke strong emotions based on the situations they encounter. Comskil is committed to understanding our client’s culture, history, challenges, and successes so that we bring the right team to fully and quickly learn about our clients and assist in shifting the culture to achieve the organizations vision.

Domestic delivery is delivery within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Washington, DC, and U.S. Territories. Domestic delivery also includes a port or consolidation point, within the aforementioned areas, for orders received from overseas activities.

Title: Executive Coach/Leadership Coach Functional Duties/Responsibilities
Provides executive coaching to agency heads, directors, and senior managers with extensive public visibility, are operationally critical, or has significant regulatory or financial impact on the mission of the agency.
Provides leadership coaching to leaders and potential leaders in the agency.
Conducts individual and 360 degree assessments and interviews; develops personal action plans and coaches to achieve results. Provides strong executive, enterprise-level management and direction. Provides proven problem solving techniques to make a significant difference. This person is capable of weighing multifaceted problems and their proposed solutions, and resolving anomalies between and among possible solutions. Design, organize, lead, and conduct executive level workshops, seminars, training sessions and pilot projects that require senior level application of methods, tools or theories. Develops requirements for a project’s inception to conclusion in a subject matter area, for simple to complex programs.
Provides analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts for client- specific or mission critical proficiencies. Consults with client to define need or problem, conducts studies, surveys, or assessments to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solution.
Demonstrates strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal communication and has senior-level experience in the program management of enterprise-wide change efforts.

Coordinates project specific efforts and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to client's standards.

Provides managerial, functional, and technical expertise that enables them to lead the development and delivery of courses and workshops. This person has an extensive knowledge and skill set of proven project management disciplines. A Training Consultant can also provide input for identifying and defining present and future training needs by coordinating and conducting needs analysis. This person is proficient in writing material for new training programs, including review, evaluate and modify existing and proposed programs.
