CTI will handle travel in accordance with clause C-FSS-370. Costs for transportation, lodging, meals and incidental expenses incurred by the contractor are allowable subject to the limitations contained in the Federal Travel Regulations and/or Joint Travel Regulations. Travel costs are not be included in the offered prices and will be considered at the task order level.

SIN 899-1 Environmental Consulting Services The CTI professional team includes two full time project managers that have over 50 years of combined experience completing Natural Resource Assessments, NEPA analyses, study plan preparation, field sampling design, vegetation classification, field data collection, and providing general environmental consultation. In addition, CTI employs four seasonal staff that provide a variety of services including plant identification, vegetation inventories, plant community sampling, and collecting environmental data.

SIN 899-3 Environmental Training Services

CTI staff continues to teach vegetation mapping classes at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife National Training Center located in West Virginia on a semi-annual basis. In addition we have conducted numerous scoping and kick-off meetings that outline the basics on the National Vegetation Inventory Program, the National Vegetation Classification System, and creating FGDC-compliant metadata.

SIN 899-7 Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Services We have over 25 years of extensive experience creating detailed spatial databases and maps for vegetation, utility line corridors, infrastructures, roads, wetlands, and property lines. Our offices are equipped with the latest remote sensing and GIS software and hardware. We also use highly accurate GPS units to achieve sub-foot precision.
