Note 1: Straight time hours for billable personnel are based on an 8 hr. workday beginning at 0700 and ending at 1530, Mon through Fri. Other work hours must be agreed upon in writing in advance. Time taken by personnel to decontaminate and re-do protective clothing and equipment is billed as part of the work.
Note 2: Overtime rates for Saturday or anytime worked by an employee in excess of 40 hrs per week will be billed at 1.5 times the normal in excess of 40hrs per week will be billed at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. Sunday and holiday work willed be billed at 2.0 times the normal hourly rate.
