AOM Engineering Solutions, LLC Final Proposal Revision dated July 6, 2010 is attached hereto (4 pages) and made a part hereof.

Discounts: AOM Engineering Solutions, LLC submitted pricing based on commercial market pricing rather than discounts from a Commercial Price List. The Government’s overall prices, terms and conditions are better than their Most Favored Customers (MFC) / Basis of Award (BOA) Customer, Commercial End Users, who receive no discounts from AOM Engineering Solutions, LLC’s standard market pricing practices. GSA rates, exclusive of the IFF, are at least 1.0% less than the MFC / BOA rates.

Minimum Order Quantity: $100.00

Maximum Order Limitation: $1,000,000.00

Prompt Payment Discount: Net 30

Geographic Coverage: FOB Destination, “Domestic Delivery Only”, and the exact delivery time to be specified on Individual Delivery/Task Orders.

License fees are to be negotiated between the contractor and the individual customer agencies.

In accordance with I-FSS-969(b)(1), the base contract period (contract years 2 through 5) is escalated by 2.94%. In accordance with I-FSS-969(b)(2), the following market indicator and calculation methodology for each of the 3 option periods is as follows: Series ID CIU2015400000000A, Not Seasonally Adjusted, Total Compensation, Private Industry, 12-month Percent Change, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services to calculate an average % to determine the fixed annual escalation for the Base Contract Period.

The average % will be calculated using 5 years starting with the then latest available quarter showing 12 month percentage change and going back 4 years. The exact market indicator is available from the US Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics at http://data.bls.gov/PDQ/outside.jsp?survey=ci and the calculation methodology to determine the average is shown in the table below:

Series Id: CIU2015400000000A

Not Seasonally Adjusted compensation: Total compensation sector: Private industry periodicity: 12-month percent change

Industryocc: Professional, scientific, and technical svcs

YEAR Qtr 1 Qtr 2 Qtr 3 Qtr 4

2006 1.8 3.1 4.1 4.4 2007 4.4 4.7 4.6 4.5 2008 4.8 4.1 4.1 4.4 2009 2.9 2.0 1.3 0.5 2010 0.8

Average 2.94

Looking at the table above, if the present time were to be the time of Option Exercise and the latest available quarter shown were to be 1st quarter, the annual escalation for that 5 year option period would be 2.94%. This percentage would be applied to the loaded rates currently shown in the 5 th year of the previous period in the contract and continue annually for the 5 year Option Period.
