The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract and it includes SCA applicable labor categories. The prices for the indicated (**) SCA labor categories are based on the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number(s) identified in the SCA matrix. The prices offered are based on the preponderance of where work is performed and should the contractor perform in an area with lower SCA rates, resulting in lower wages being paid, the task order prices will be discounted accordingly.

Project Manager II
Functional Responsibilities: Manages one or more large projects or task orders, and serves as a key contact with the government client. Responsible for general contract compliance, staffing and resource allocation, scheduling, product quality assurance, and subcontractor and vendor management. In charge of day-to-day project activities, budget, and reporting. May also be a senior professional in charge of technical aspects of one or more projects.
Minimum Years of Experience: At least 7 years’ experience in project management and implementation.
Minimum Educational Requirements: At least a BA/BS degree or equivalent. An MA/MS degree or equivalent post-graduate degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.

Twenty years of experience may be substituted for a MA/MS degree. Specific professional degree, certification, license, and permit requirements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Scientist / Planner IV
