Controller

· Position description: Perform and oversee all financial reporting and accounting activities and provide operational support and strategic advice for the Management Team. Essential functions and duties:

· Provide accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, including internal and external monthly financial statements.

· Assist management, its shareholders, and other staff in making educated and strategic economic decisions about the company's operations and future.

· Corporate planning, budgeting, and corporate financial management related to maintaining an S-corporation.

· Prepares journal entries and adjustments to general ledger.

· Prepares monthly payroll, after approval of labor/expense reports by project managers.

· Prepares monthly and annual financial reporting and statements.

· Prepares government reporting as required (other than tax payments).

· Conduct regularly scheduled evaluations, track and monitor performance. Advocate for administrative support positions within the firm and with clients when appropriate.

Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) are applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS, this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable wage determination number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
