How to Access the PRUDENT Environmental Services Contract The general steps or order services from the PRUDENT’s GSA Environmental Services Contract are outlined below. Maximum Order: $1,000,000. Requirements exceeding the maximum order may be handled pursuant to clause I-FSS-125 (August 1995)

Discount from List Prices or Statement of Net Price: All prices herein are net. Discounts applied on volumes greater than $500,000 per contract.

Quantity Discounts: Contractor will offer volume discounts on large dollar orders. Exact discount and terms will be negotiated on individual issued task orders. (see 6 above.)

Prompt Payment Terms: 0.5% 10 days; Net 30; 1% 5 days; Net 30
9.
(a) Government Commercial Credit Cards: Government commercial credit cards are accepted for orders below the micro-purchase threshold.

(c) Overnight and 2-Day Delivery: Items are available for expedited delivery based upon negotiation with ordering agency on each task/delivery order.
(d) Urgent Requirements: The “Urgent Requirements” clause of this contract is applicable and the ordering agency can contact the contractor’s representative to affect a faster delivery, at the cost to the ordering agency.

SCA Rates
The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract and it includes SCA applicable labor categories. The pricing for the indicated SCA labor categories are based on the U. S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number (s) identified in the matrix, below. The prices offered are based on the preponderance of where work is performed and should the contractor perform in an area with lower SCA rates, resulting in lower wages being paid, the task order prices will be discounted accordingly.
