EMG Overview Clampett Industries, LLC d/b/a EMG is pleased to participate in the World Wide Federal Supply Schedule contract for Environmental Advisory Services.

EMG was founded in 1986 as a professional services consulting agency serving commercial real estate and financial industries. We provide comprehensive engineering, architectural and environmental due diligence services, nationally, through a professional staff of more than 150 in 24 states. Our professional staff consists of management professionals, licensed architects, professional engineers and environmental professionals. Our consulting staff is experienced in providing management consulting to real estate professionals, asset managers and bankers to improve their due diligence processes and procedures.

EMG is a responsive and professional organization. During the past 15 years, EMG has built a staff qualified to perform services ranging from site assessments and property condition surveys through all phases of hazardous materials and/or waste investigations and remediation, to construction monitoring and Probable Maximum Loss (PML) evaluations. Our staff maintains a high degree of professional certifications including Certified Hazard Control Managers (CHCM), Certified Hazardous Materials Managers (CHMM), Registered Environmental Assessors (REA), Certified Hazmat Instructors (CHI), AHERA Certified Asbestos Inspectors and Management Planners, Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), Licensed Architects (AIA), Nationally Certified Architects (NCARB), Licensed Construction Managers, and Professional Engineers.

Consulting Services – Contractors shall provide providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies’ mission oriented business functions, as follows: Management or strategy consulting; program planning, audits and evaluations;

studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports relating to mission-oriented business programs or initiatives, such as defense studies, tabletop exercises or scenario simulations; educational studies, regulatory studies, economic studies, and preparedness studies;

executive/management coaching services; policy and regulatory development and review;

expert witness services in support of litigation, claims, or other formal cases, and advisory and assistance services in accordance with FAR 37.203(b). Financial audits are covered under GSA Schedule 520, Financial and Business Services, and are not allowed under this SIN. The term “consulting” as defined herein does not include staff augmentation.

Program Principal 15 or more years experience with consulting directly with federal government facilities owners and managers on life cycle costs of real estate and long range planning. Requires Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree and accreditation as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or as a Registered Architect (RA)

Program Director 10 years or greater experience, bachelor of science degree in engineering or related field licensed as professional engineer, registered architect, or Project Management Professional. At least 5 years of field experience performing building level studies and 5 additional years managing field personnel

Program Supervisor Minimum of an Bachelor of Science degree or 10 years of building life cycle consulting. Minimum of 5 years exp managing projects and staff; 3 years field exp in preparation of long range strategic plans

Project Manager 4-year B.A. or B.S in Architecture or Engineering or a related field; 6 years exp performing property capital improvement plans; 7 years experience with project and staff management
