*The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Professional Services Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the http://www.geosyntec.com/
Contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the Contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
II. Special Identification Number (SIN) Experience
A. SIN 541620, Environmental Consulting Services Geosyntec provides a wide range of environmental consulting services. A few of these include:
1. Environmental Impact Statements and Assessments under the National Environmental Policy Act – activities such as data identification, data collection, biological assessments, data development and interpretation; sampling and analysis; preparation of human health risk and environmental impact evaluations and reports; preparation of expert testimony; and support at public meetings and public hearings.
2. Endangered Species, Freshwater and Marine, Wetlands, Watersheds, and other Natural Resource Management Plans, Studies and Consultations – tasks include review of existing reports and management plans; coordinate with NMFS and USFWS; perform surveys, delineations and inventories; wetland fill-impact minimization and compensation; design, implementation, and monitoring of mitigation plans, and preparation of reports and maps.
3. Economic, Technical, and Risk Analyses in Support of Environmental Needs – includes conducting analyses of options under consideration for environmental actions and perform activities such as data collection and development, analyses of comments, regulatory and economic analyses, feasibility analyses, hazard assessments, biological assessments, exposure assessments, and risk analyses.

Region 8 Sustainability and Environmental Management System (SEMS). Led a design charrette for launching a region-wide EMS to meet sustainability goals. EMS implementation, including aspects identification, procedure development and training conducted throughout the Rocky Mountain region (ND, SD, WY, UT, CO).
C. SIN 541370GIS Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Services
1. Geographic Information System (GIS) support activities such as mapping and cartography, natural resource planning, migration pattern analysis, pollution analysis, site selection, and emergency preparedness planning.
2. Natural Resources Planning and Site Selection, which encompasses investigations of environmental conditions by performing activities including impact assessments; watershed evaluations; floral and faunal habitat review; site characterization analysis; groundwater monitoring; and water quality testing and analysis. It also includes habitat restoration through such tasks as fish and wildlife habitat design and planning; mitigation plan development; fisheries enhancement; construction observation; damage assessment and impact/mitigation monitoring.

“Wall Tracker” Interactive GIS Database, Herbert Hoover Dike Rehabilitation Project
Geosyntec developed “Wall Tracker”, a database and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) application allow the USACE client to view data as it is collected, and interactively look up values and generate reports in an efficient manner.

Remediation Services Geosyntec provides include, but not limited to, excavation, removal, transportation, storage, treatment, and/or disposal of hazardous waste.
