Senior Principal Staff Consultant Responsibilities: Within broad objectives, performs in a recognized expert professional position requiring the highest level of specialized knowledge and experience related to strategic planning, systems alignment, organizational assessment, process improvement, facilitation and related decision support services. Demonstrates ability to analyze complex problems, research and synthesize data, and propose unique solutions or alternatives. Is a recognized leader in one or more disciplines. Serves as prime point of contact for clients and technical advisor.

Education and Experience: PhD in a relevant academic field with at least 6 years experience or MA/MS with at least 8 years experience or BA/BS with at least 10 years experience or appropriate technical training with at least 11 years of experience.

Principal Staff Consultant Responsibilities: Within broad objectives, performs in a professional position requiring the high level specialized knowledge and experience related to strategic planning, systems alignment, organizational assessment, process improvement, facilitation and related decision support services. Demonstrates ability to analyze complex problems, research and synthesize data, and propose unique solutions or alternatives. Is a recognized leader in one or more disciplines. Serves as prime point of contact for clients.

Education and Experience: PhD in a relevant academic field with at least 6 years related experience or MA/MS with at least 8 years directly related experience or BA/BS with at least 10 years related experience or technical training with at least 11 years of experience.

Senior Staff Consultant Responsibilities: Within defined objectives, but with considerable latitude, performs in a professional position requiring an in depth knowledge related to strategic planning, systems alignment, organizational assessment, process improvement, facilitation and related decision support services. Capable of independent, complex analysis, concept formulation and new method identification. Serves as prime point of contact for clients and technical advisor.

Staff Consultant Responsibilities: Works within general guidelines on broadly defined projects related to strategic planning, systems alignment, organizational assessment, process improvement, facilitation and related decision support services. Education and Experience: MA/MS in a relevant academic field with 0–3 years experience or BA/BS with 3–6 years experience or technical training with at least 5 years experience.

Senior Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities: Selected by Chief Technology Officer based on exceptional role within 3H Technology. Within broad objectives, performs in a recognized expert professional position requiring the highest level of specialized knowledge and experience related to strategic planning, systems alignment, organizational assessment, process improvement, facilitation and related decision support services. Demonstrates ability to analyze complex problems, research and synthesize data, and propose unique solutions or alternatives. Is a recognized leader in one or more disciplines. Serves as prime point of contact for clients and in-house technical advisor.

Education and Experience: PhD in a relevant academic field with at least 6 years experience or MA/MS with at least 8 years experience or BA/BS plus at least 10 years related experience; or technical training with at least 10 years experience.

Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities: Within broad objectives, performs in a recognized expert professional position requiring the highest level of specialized knowledge and experience related to strategic planning, systems alignment, organizational assessment, process improvement, facilitation and related decision support services. Demonstrates ability to analyze complex problems, research and synthesize data, and propose unique solutions or alternatives. Is a recognized leader in one or more disciplines.
