Senior Subject Matter Expert Description: Leads complex programs, projects or teams requiring specialized expertise in a technical, management or business domain. Responsible for the planning, organization, management, and execution of work within the relevant subject matter domain of the project. Leads the execution of project activities and the preparation of work products. Ensures the effective use of the appropriate processes and methodologies in support of project tasking.

Education: 4-year degree with 10 years of experience.

Subject Matter Expert Description: Provides specialized expertise in support of programs, projects or teams. With direction from project leads, provides domain expertise in support of assigned tasks. Skilled in the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, subsequent analysis and follow-on assessment.

Responsible for ensuring program completion within the scheduled timeframe.

Network Administrator I Description: Responsible for assisting end users with issues on network-based tickets. They are also responsible for troubleshooting networking issues for Wireless, Switching and Firewalls. They are also responsible for the install of Wireless, Switching & Firewall systems. They are the primary escalation point for any networking issues encountered by the System Admin or Field Services group.

Education: 4-year degree with 1 years of experience.

Network Administrator II Description: Responsible for assisting end users with issues on network-based tickets. They are also responsible for troubleshooting networking issues for Wireless, Switching and Firewalls. They are also responsible for the install of Wireless, Switching & Firewall systems. They are the primary escalation point for any networking issues encountered by the System Admin or Field Services group. They ensure the technicians are performing their duties in a timely and professional manner. Initial customer complaints are fielded by the manager. The manager also serves as a final escalation point within their group for any issues their group needs assistance with.

Education: 4-year degree with 6 years of experience.

Network Engineer I Description: Under supervision performs a variety of network engineering tasks which focuses network related problem resolutions, technical performance monitoring, and other system administrative issues. May assist in the prioritization of network control center or network support center tasks. Operates and maintains hardware such as routers, switches, hubs and network monitoring devices. Responsible for implementing and/or troubleshooting cable plants and architecture, communications transmission lines and all other attached devices. Provides technical support to end users. May perform other duties as assigned Education: 4-year degree with 1 years of experience.

Network Engineer II Description: Under supervision performs a variety of network engineering tasks which focuses on the design, integration, and implementation of LAN and/or WAN including hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. Supervises team of Network Engineers in designing complex network architectures from inception through project completion. Supervises and monitors all aspects of system design, implementation, and operation of the network to ensure optimum network system performance. Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of cable plants and architecture, communications transmission lines and all other attached devices. Works with the project manager in generating design documents and project implementation plans. Assist in the development of standards, policies, and procedures for effectively managing the network as well as identifying and implementing best practice solutions. Provides technical support to end users.

Education: 4-year degree with 7 years of experience.

Process Analyst I Description: Applies the use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Responsible for transitioning existing organizations or project teams in accomplishing the organization’s goals or project activities and objectives through improved use of internet and other automated processes.

Supports activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
