The Contractor shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by the Contractor in writing.) If the Contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

Minimum Years of Experience: Six (6) years’ professional experience, three (3) with a Master's degree and one (1) with a doctorate.
Qualifications: Possesses experienced skills in the application area, across a diverse knowledge domain. Can identify, understand and solve multiple problems that may require creativity and insight.
Functional Responsibility: Supervise project managers or individuals (depending on the size and complexity) on the job. Applies sound technical and business principles, industry standards, and diverse domain experience.
