Creative and innovative approaches are used to ensure participant involvement, including presentations, self-assessments, team/group exercises, simulations and role playing. Generally, we use multimodal training methods that incorporate LCD projection, overhead projection, flipcharts, case studies and exercises to ensure "active student participation."

Participants will not only gain knowledge -- they will learn how to implement best practices immediately.

We use a variety of tools and strategies for gathering data, decision-making, and managing group behavior. We focus on content, process, and results.
