SIN 336612 - 19 FT. PUMPOUT BOAT

We are pleased to introduce our new, 19’ PUMPOUT BOAT. This is our third-generation new mold. Built and designed from our nineteen years of experiences building PUMPOUT boats, Work boats, and Patrol boats. Our boats are built for safety, simplicity, and stability. There is no wood in our boats, not in the hull, not in the deck, not in the transom.

· MODIFIED V HULL DESIGN

Our PUMPOUT hull bottom is concave not convex like most hulls. This allows for maximum stability, and ease of handling. Our boat, because of its design, will not yaw in a following sea. The hull is constructed with a combination of hand laid woven, roving, and gun roving. All fiberglass is “E” glass, and the resin is thermo set polyester. The gelcoat is ISO NPG thermo set gelcoat, normally 1.5” thick. Our boat has a 10-degree dead rise at the stern, which allow the boat to plane quickly. The hull transom is a composite laminate 1.5” thick, a total of 3” thick. There is no wood in the transom.

1. STRINGER SYSTEM

Our stringer system is a U channel all fiberglass state of the art system. There is no wood in our stringer system.

2. DECK, FLOOR

The deck is constructed of a combination of hand laid woven, roving, and gun roving. Fiberglass “E” glass applied, and the resin is thermostat gelcoat (white). The deck is finished with non-skid on horizontal surfaces. Our deck is always self-bailing, whether containment is full or empty. There is NO WOOD in our deck or floor. The floor is composite fiberglass.

The deck has seven, cleats. Two chalks and running lights. All cleats, chalks, and running lights are stainless pop ups.

This lets you recess all items on the bow so that when you pull up along other boats you have less chance of damaging your boat, or the other. This is just another example of the differences between our product, and that of others. We have listened to our customers for nineteen years and have made this boat the best there is.

3. FOAMED FLOTATION

Two-part thermostat foam is injected between the floor and hull in areas occupied by tank and other equipment.

4. QUALITY GELCOAT

Only storm and blister resistant gelcoat is used to form the skin of each PUMPOUT boat, and a wide variety of colors are available. White is our standard color included in the quote price; other color choices would be extra cost.

5. FUEL TANK

The fuel tank is 27 gallons and located below the deck.

6. CONTAINMENT CELL

A built in 230-gallon fiberglass holding tank below the water line, is a standard feature on our 19’ PUMPOUT BOAT. The tank is equipped with an alarm that sounds when tank is full.

7. PUMP

Edson pump 286-EP electric diaphragm pump.

The Edson pump that runs the sewage tank is located completely under the center console. Also under the console are intake and discharge pipes, leaving the entire deck free to any trip hazards and much needed additional working space. The vent is located outside the starboard hull.

The center hull and outer floats are also fitted with internal structure and baffles appropriate to the requirements.

The hull shall be 26’L X 13’2”W.

· Holding Tank

The tank shall be constructed separately from the external tank shell. The laminate will be comprised of gun roving and woven roving, to a nominal thickness of 0.25”. The tank top will be laminated of gun roving, foam core and woven roving. Nominal thickness is 1.13”. There will be 6 internal; foam cored transverse baffles, laminated in place. A minimum of 2 clean out plates and one inspection hatch will be fitted to the top. The top will be bonded into the external shell. The tank will have a 2” PVC pipe at the center of the holding tank. This will be used for tank pump-out. The cavity between the tank and the outer shell will be 2” PCF foam. The tank capacity is 1000 gallons.

· Deck

The deck shall have a non-skid gelcoat surface and will be laminated from gun roving, foam core and woven roving. Nominal thickness will be 1.13”. The deck will have a downward turning perimeter flange of sufficient width for fitting a rub rail and corner bumpers. Extra laminate is provided in the flange for durability. The deck will be secured to the hull with a “shoe box” style joint, covered with a heavy- duty rub rail.

The second compartment shall be utility room 3’-10” X 5’-7” and houses electrical components, pump-out connections, provide supply storage, etc. The third compartment shall be 5’-11” X 5’7”, and houses the restroom fixtures the same as the first with the exception of the child changing station. All compartments are fitted with floor drains, discharging into the holding tank. The house shall be laminated with gelcoat inside and out, gun roving and foam core. The nominal thickness is 0.65”. FRP, gel coated, self-closing doors are fitted at to each compartment. Doors have standard locks, and louvered vents. The restroom doors are a minimum width of 34”.

· Roof

The roof shall be laminated with gelcoat, gun roving, foam core and woven roving to a thickness of approximately 1.25””. The roof provides overhangs on the ends for some protection from the elements. The roof is peaked with a slope in accordance with standard building criteria for snow load.

· Fresh Water System

The restroom compartments contain a toilet and sink. A pressure water pump and expansion tank will be provided in the utility room. · Float Ballasting System (Patent-pending)

A system will be provided to ballast the hull wing sections with water, in four separate compartments. The purpose of the ballasting system is twofold. The unit is designed with 21” of freeboard in the light ship condition. The ballast system will allow the unit to be “sunk” to existing floating dock freeboards of 17” to 20”. The second purpose is to allow the unit to be “trimmed” both longitudinally and transversely to accommodate non-symmetrical weight distribution. The Float Ballast System (FBS) is trademarked and patent pending.
