ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATIONS:

1. Rates shown above apply to BlueScope Construction employee services performed in accordance with the contract agreement.

2. Maximum of 40 hours per week will be charged unless other contract agreements or job specific circumstances dictate.

3. Projects will be staffed as required by the project scope and conditions and mutually agreed to prior to project start.

4. Charge rates do not include per diem or travel expenses, which will be charged as allowed and in accordance with the government travel regulations.

5. Charge rates do not cover the services of outside design professionals that will be reimbursed on an actual "cost-plus-fee" basis. This will be on a task order basis and will be open market.
