LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS
PROGRAM MANAGER
Duties: Program Manager manages projects to ensure success and uncompromised satisfaction of the client. The PM coordinates efforts with senior level management and ensure satisfactory complete of the projects/programs as required by the Statement of Work. Supervises Project Managers.
Experience/Qualifications: Five (5) years of technical experience in support of relevant technical field.
LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Duties: The Lead Instructor teaches the instructional program in accordance with the specific course requirements. The instructor teaches assigned topics in accordance with approved curriculum effectively utilizing all allotted time, maintains proficiency in instructional techniques, incorporates current examples in the teaching process (e.g., develops clarification or real-world examples of application related to the subject matter); develops and maintains techniques that reflect professionalism, good discipline and enhance teaching. The Lead Instructor is consulted during the curriculum and course development and alternates teaching techniques in order to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas, administers grades, records, and critiques examinations; prepares and administers remedial assignments, submits written recommendations for curriculum updates to ensure consistency with changes and innovations in latest applicable publications or documents. Supervises instructors and reports to Project Manager.
Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Five (5) years of experience
INSTRUCTOR
Duties: The Instructor teaches courses as developed by curriculum developer and in accordance with the customers requested topics of instruction. Instructor will teach assigned topics in accordance with approved curriculum effectively utilizing all allotted time, maintains proficiency in instructional techniques, incorporates current examples in the teaching process (e.g., develops clarification or real-world examples of application relates to the subject matter); develops and maintains techniques that reflect professionalism, good discipline and enhance teaching. The Technical Instructor alternates teaching techniques in order to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas, administers grades, records, and critiques examinations; prepares and administers remedial assignments, submits written recommendations for curriculum updates to ensure consistency with changes and innovation in latest applicable publication or documents.
Experience/Qualifications: Associate’s Degree. Two (2) years of experience
CURRICULUM DEVELOPER
Duties: Formulate, edit, develop, publish and distribute finished curriculum to be used in training conducted through websites, podcasts, webinars, training plans, training modules, instructor scripts, hands-on training materials, and presentation materials.
Experience/Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in relevant technical field. Two (2) years’ experience in technical writing and editing in related field.
