Ordering activities may request a price reduction at any time before placing an order, establishing a BPA, or in conjunction with the annual BPA review.
However, the ordering activity shall seek a price reduction when the order or BPA exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold. Schedule contractors are not required to pass on to all schedule users a price reduction extended only to an individual ordering activity for a specific order or
BPA.

IFF rate to the negotiated discounted price (Net GSA price).
The current IFF is .75% and should be calculated as follows: Negotiated price divided by (1 minus .0075) which equates to Negotiated price divided by 0.9925.
Example: ($100,000/0.9925) = $100,755.67

Trainer
Presents course material and instruction for a full spectrum of law enforcement training. Trainer possess a thorough knowledge of the subject matter as well as effective instructional delivery techniques and knowledge of instructional methods and learning styles of adult students.
Physical Security Specialist
Develops, coordinates, and conducts physical security services, which may include operations security and industrial security programs, security surveys/inspections, and emergency planning.
Alarm Monitor
Plays a major role in safeguarding facilities and its vital equipment, sensitive areas, and critical assets. Monitors and/or operates electronic security systems involving numerous alarm panels/monitors, call-boxes, maintenance-related items, intrusion detection systems, and various security alarms.
Emergency Dispatcher
Provides communication services consisting of receiving and dispatching emergency calls for service, interviewing callers, recording information from callers and patrol units, assigning and dispatching law enforcement, fire, and medical units, and coordinating mutual aid to local law enforcement and other commands.
Dispatcher Motor T (Emergency Dispatcher)
Dispatches vehicle fleet to include controlling, issuing, retrieving vehicles and maintain accountability of equipment assigned to each vehicle; ensuring administrative paperwork is completed on each vehicle prior to and after use; tracking mileage of each vehicle’ monitoring the maintenance of vehicles; and conducting limited maintenance tasks.
Ready for Issue Technician
Issues, retrieves, and maintains daily accountability of weapons, ammunition, and equipment stored in arms rooms or buildings. Ensures safety and security of the weapons, ammunition, and equipment stored and annually qualifies and maintains proficiency with his/her assigned firearm.
Admin Clerk
Performs various administrative services that may include collecting, inputting, coordinating, and maintaining records, correspondence, and other forms of data.
Supply Clerk
Controls, issues, retrieves, and maintains accountability of supplies and equipment. Performs tasks related to the storage, issue, inventory, and replacement of supplies and equipment. Ensures compliance with General Services Administration and authorized vendor procedures, manages uniform and gear issue/receipt and maintains the equipment list.
Security Guard Trainee
Under the supervision of a Security Guard will Monitor and report incidents as well as controls access to materials and locations. Works to prevent breaches of security.
Security Guard
Primary responsibility is to deter, detect, delay, deny, and evaluate threats to facilities. Works to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to facilities. Has a basic understanding of access control, screening, visitor processing, and access control center operation/monitoring. Position is unarmed.
Security Guard II
Primary responsibility is to deter, detect, delay, deny, and evaluate threats to facilities. Works to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to facilities. Has a basic understanding of access control, screening, visitor processing, and access control center operation/monitoring. May be armed or unarmed.
Security Guard Shift Supervisor
Primary responsibility is the supervision of one or more Security Guard or Security Guard Trainee.
Ensures all posts are manned and is responsible for Security Guard safety protocols. Works to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to facilities. Has a basic understanding of access control, screening, visitor processing, and access control center operation/monitoring. May be armed or unarmed.
Site Supervisor
The Site Supervisor must have relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope and complexity. The individual shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. Shall be available to meet with
Government representatives during Government regular working hours. Shall be responsible for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in this contract are met. Shall be responsible for contract deliverables and supervision of shift supervisors.
Patrol Officer
Primary responsibility is to deter, detect, delay, deny, and evaluate threats to facilities. Works to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to facilities. Has a basic understanding of access control, screening, visitor processing, and access control center operation/monitoring. Shall be armed.
Senior Patrol Officer
Primary responsibility is to deter, detect, delay, deny, and evaluate threats to facilities. Works to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to facilities. Has a basic understanding of access control, screening, visitor processing, and access control center operation/monitoring. Shall be armed. Is responsible for all Security Guards and Patrol Officers at a specific site.
