Technical Assistance
Upon the proper selection of chemicals and maintenance of systems:
I. The first step in our technical assistance program is to help one select the proper type of treatment; i.e., chemicals for the system in question.
Within CH2O, Inc.'s physical service range, contact is made personally by one of the Water Treatment
Specialists. The system is analyzed by the person in charge of the system and the Water Treatment Specialist to determine any physical limitations that may exist. The feed water is then analyzed to determine what impurities are entering the system. The final recommendations for treatment will be directly dependent upon these factors, as they influence how the system behaves.
II. The second step in our technical assistance program is to help one properly maintain the system in question.
Within CH2O, Inc.'s physical service range, a Water Treatment Specialist will make periodic visitations for the purpose of testing and training. The Water Treatment Specialist will test the system to determine if the proper chemical residual levels are being maintained. The Water Treatment Specialist will also introduce the system operators to field testing methods and kits that will help them maintain the proper chemical residuals.
