The contractor may (1) offer a new price for this requirement (2) offer the lowest price available under this contract or (3) decline the order. A delivery order that exceeds the maximum order may be placed under the schedule contract in accordance with FAR 8.404.

3. MINIMUM ORDER: $100 unless the contractor agrees to accept a smaller order amount.

CBase Solutions, Inc. may perform work at any of the locations listed in the SCA

Wage Index Matrix. Service in an area with lower SCA rates than the stated preponderance of work location, resulting in lower wages being paid, will have the prices for that Task Order discounted accordingly.

Commercial Job Title: Librarian

General Experience: Ability to plan, develop and administer library services, manage, train, supervise and evaluate the work of library professional and paraprofessional staff.

Functional Responsibilities: Provide records management services, references, on-line searching, original cataloging using AACR2, LCSH, LC classification; acquisitions;

build databases; provide indexing and abstracting. May be a specialist in web design, database design and library management. May train and supervise Library clerks and

Library Technicians. Requires excellent knowledge of: library services, reference sources and on line database search, library automation principles and practices, including computer equipment systems and software; principles and practices of library science.

Education/Experience: A Master's Degree in Library Science (MLS), plus 1 - 2 years of full-time experience as a professional librarian.

Commercial Job Title: Library Technician

General Experience: Assist librarians by helping patrons in the use of library catalogs and data bases to located library materials. Has knowledge of library techniques, systems and procedures. Has knowledge of sources of reference on bibliographical material.
