Managing Director/Partner Role: Person will provide definition and coordination of multiple projects, including the design of the projects, as well as the coordination of project goals and implementation. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects and in designing, implementing and managing projects. Capability to manage multitask projects of high complexity. Provides primary interface with client management personnel regarding strategic issues. Directs the completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Coordinates all parties to tasks, reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements. Delivers presentations and leads strategic level client meetings.

This person will coordinate with USG officials and host-country officials.

Minimum education: Master’s degree; or 20 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s; or 25 years and Associate’s degree.

Minimum experience: 17 years’ experience Minimum training: No specific training required; experience more relevant

Required certifications/clearances: No specific certifications would be applicable.

Director Role: Person will provide in-country project management for particular justice sector reform and rule-of-law programs and/or provide targeted support of specific programs drawing upon individual’s unique expertise. Directs the completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Coordinates project specific parties and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements. Delivers presentations and leads client meetings. This person will coordinate with USG officials and host-country officials.

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree; or 17 years experience and Associate’s degree.

Minimum experience: 15 years’ experience Minimum training: No specific training required; experience more relevant

Senior Associate

Role: Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for specific sub-tasks of justice sector reform and rule-of-law projects. Specific expertise in one or more of the key areas and knowledgeable in the others. Interfaces with the client on a day-to-day basis. Supports the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Supports presentations and client meetings.

Minimum education: Associate’s degree

Minimum experience: 10 years’ experience Minimum training: No specific training required; experience more relevant

Maximum Order*: $200,000.00 per SIN and $200,000.00 per Order

*If the best value selection places your order over the Maximum Order identified in this catalog/price list, you have an opportunity to obtain a better schedule contract price. Before placing your order, contact the aforementioned contractor for a better price. The contractor may

(1) offer a new price for this requirement (2) offer the lowest price available under this contract or (3) decline the order. A delivery order that exceeds the maximum order may be placed under the schedule contract in accordance with FAR 8.404.

Discount from List Prices: Basic discount of 3% from the awarded commercial price list for SINs 426-6 and 426-7. For calculation of the GSA Schedule price (price paid by customers ordering from the GSA Schedule and the price to be loaded in to GSA Advantage), deduct the appropriate basic discount from the list price and add the prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discounted price (Net GSA price). The current IFF is .75% and should be calculated as follows:

Negotiated price divided by (1 minus .0075) which equates to Negotiated price divided by .9925. Example: ($100,000/.9925) = $100,755.67.

Quantity Discounts: An additional 1.5% for purchases of $5 Million plus.
