The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories.

2. MAXIMUM ORDER: $1,000,000

NOTE TO ODERING ACTIVITIES: If the best value selection places your order over the Maximum Order identified in this catalog/pricelist, you have an opportunity to obtain a better schedule contract price. Before placing your order, contact the aforementioned contractor for a better price. The contractor may (1) offer a new price for this requirement (2) offer the lowest price available under this contract or (3) decline the order. A delivery order that exceeds the maximum order may be placed under the schedule contract in accordance with FAR 8.404.

Degree / Experience Equivalency The labor category definitions in our Pricelist describe the functional responsibilities and education and experience requirements for each labor category. These requirements are a guide to the types of experience and educational background of typical personnel in each labor category.

Education and experience may be substituted for each other. Both parties recognize that, on occasion, there may be a need to waive the requirements in order to use the best individual for the task. Therefore, waivers to the education/experience requirements may be granted by either the task order contracting officer or the contracting officer technical representative. If such a waiver is included in our proposal, award of said proposal shall be deemed a grant of the waiver.
