Administrative Support Staff I

Functional Responsibility: Entry level administrative support position, fulfills basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include front desk management, correspondence, document handling, and other entry-level administrative tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirement: High School/GED or equivalent experience (Entry Level)

Administrative Support Staff II

Functional Responsibility: Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in fulfilling administrative support tasks and is familiar with performing clerical services in a professional office setting. In addition to front desk management, correspondence, report management, document handling and other entry-level administrative tasks, responsibilities may include processing time-and-attendance records, hiring/firing and transfer reports, statistical records and other general record compilation and keeping. May also plan and manage travel. Reviews and directs requests and correspondence to assure prompt and proper handling

Education and Experience Requirement: Associates Degree or equivalent experience (2 years)

Engineer IV

Functional Responsibility: Eight (8) years’ experience managing, performing, and/or supporting engineering activities, including system development, programming and support (software and hardware), cost and schedule management, program review and refinement, and improvement of development methods for security, fire, and/or IT systems.

Manage or support system development and upkeep using formal specification, data flow diagrams, other generally accepted design techniques, and Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Engineering (CAD / CAE) tools. Estimate system development costs and schedules.

Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current development methods. Establish and manage system configuration.

Train customers, end-users, and project personnel as needed. Ability to define methodology, processes, and standards to be applied by the entire project team.

Project Manager I

Functional Responsibility: Eight (8) years of technical experience and six (6) years of experience performing tasks focused on the leadership and/or task management of security, fire, and/or IT systems and their design, installation, integration, maintenance, and/or training components.

Responsible for the performance of programs or large projects and/or their subsystems. Ability to direct all phases of programs and projects from inception through completion. Establishes and manages in-house project teams as well as subcontractor support. Coordinates the preparation of project plans, milestones and operating budgets.
