Matrix. Service in an area with lower SCA rates than the stated work location, resulting in lower wages being paid, will have the prices for that Task Order discounted accordingly.

GS-07F-0142X TAPS Schedule Pricing and Labor Category Descriptions
Business Smart Ops offers only the personnel who meet or exceed the minimum qualification requirements stated in the Commercial Job Title Descriptions provided herein. We do allow experience to substitute for education requirements. Our criterion for minimum experience substitution by educational degree is as follows.
Bachelor’s: Minimum of four (4) year additional relevant project and/or working experience may substitute for undergraduate degree.
Advanced or Above: Minimum of seven (7) years additional and relevant project and/or working experience may substitute for advanced degree.

Minimum/General Experience: Entry-level position and with at least 1 year related experience.
