Page 7 of the Solicitation identifies the Key Team Member Roles.
Can one person fulfill more than one role as long as that person is qualified to do so?
Yes, one team member may fill multiple roles if that person is qualified to do so.
Q&A - Jan. 10, Currently, pricing line items exist for selected demo, doors & frames, ceilings, floorings, painting and wall systems. How will pricing be determined for additional items such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression or any exterior work?
Task orders will be solicited among all successful contractor holders in their respective zone(s).
Contractors would be asked to price the project as whole if line items are not applicable.
Will there be the possibility of any exterior work such as landscaping, concrete flat work, or paving for this contract? Yes
Is a separate bid bond required for each Zone (1 & 2), or will a single $60K bid bond suffice to cover both Zones?
1 - $30K bid bond is sufficient whether you're submitting for Zone 1, Zone 2 or both
Is it the intent of your office that the bid prices shall only include material cost? If yes, there is not necessarily any material cost for items listed under Selective Demolition. Costs for items listed under Selective Demolition is generally labor, tools & equipment. Please advise how should we consider the costs for items listed under Selective Demolition. cost shall include labor and materials
The Solicitation states that amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less (pg 4 of 21). However, in the meeting minutes, it states a bid bond, in the amount of $30,000 is required. Which one is correct? Please advise. 1 - $30K bid bond is required.
Q&A - Jan. 10, For CPARS received for previous projects, are we to include a copy directly as part of our proposal, or should they only be referenced in our proposal, with your office then able to retrieve the information?
Offeror's should include a copy of the CPARS report in their proposal. Copies of CPARS reports do not count against the technical page limit described in Paragrph II.
