Data Preparation and Processing Years’ Experience: 1+ years’ experience with technology and familiarity with e-discovery Years Education: High School Diploma Responsibilities: Directly executes work as assigned by the Production Manager. Must be familiar with software and equipment used for processing data and be able to translate work order into discrete steps to be executed.

TIFF Image Creation Years’ Experience: 1+ years’ experience with technology and familiarity with e-discovery Years Education: High School Diploma Responsibilities: Directly executes work as assigned by the Production Manager. Must be familiar with software and equipment used for processing data and be able to translate work order into discrete steps to be executed.

Digital Forensics Examination Years’ Experience: 2+ years as a forensics technician Years Education: 2 year degree or commensurate training Responsibilities: They are responsible for thoroughly and carefully performing investigations for specific data as directed by the laboratory manager. Forensics investigators must maintain the proper chain of custody and evidence handling techniques in order to preserve the authenticity of digital evidence. This includes proper storage of information when not being investigated. All forensics investigators must be licensed private investigators as dictated by the particular state in which evidence is being investigated. Responsive search hits are to be organized in the standard fashion for presentation to the Case Manager. If the end result required by the customer is production of a set of documents rather than a report, the investigator is responsible for presenting this material in an organized fashion.

E-Discovery Consulting Years’ Experience: 5+ years in the e-discovery or digital forensics fields Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters or Ph.D. a plus Responsibilities: Provide consultation for all aspects of the e-discovery process, including preservation planning (litigation holds, meet-and-confer), document review planning (sampling and search strategies, review techniques), and e-discovery risk assessments.
Consultants also provide workflow analyses for the e-discovery process in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
