Project Manager
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university Minimum Years’ Experience: Five years with BS or Management
Certificate.
Responsibilities:
• In close consultation with the customer and senior management, ensures the success of the goals and objectives of the project.
• Is expert in the application of both conventional and leading-edge Project Management theories and techniques.
• Is able to provide the customer with options for managing and controlling the outputs of the project, given the constraints of budget and schedule.
• Typically leads a team of other managers to solve major problems for the project and to optimize quality.

Deputy Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• The Deputy Project Manager is responsible for the assisting the Project Manager in the overall contract operation at an operational production facility.
• Duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements; providing supervision and training to Contractor personnel;
setting goals and establishing priorities; maintaining liaison with the client personnel;
monitoring contract costs and service quality and providing technical guidance and problem resolution on records management issues.

Responsibilities:
• Under the direction of the Project Manager, performs all necessary functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel under his/her supervision.

• Oversees daily activities to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources;
analyzes and recommends part-time, flexible and full-time employee mix for the site.

General Clerk II

• Follows a number of specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file, simple posting to individual accounts, opening mail, running mail through metering machines, and calculating and posting charges to departmental accounts.

Responsibilities:

• This driver may also load or unload truck with or without helpers, make minor mechanical repairs, and keep truck in good working order.
• An over-the-road driver regularly drives a truck over such a distance that the worker does not return to the departure point in the same workday, or is a worker who is paid on a mileage or mileage plus load factor basis, and may be compensated for or provided meals or lodging or both.
