Expertise in documenting the technical features of a system using Visio or AutoCAD. Demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude combined with strong communication skills. Ability to work with a customer to define technical requirements and functional goals. Ability to lead a team of engineers towards a completed documentation package. Maintains a desire to learn new technologies and seeks out professional growth opportunities.
The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of the capabilities and operation of a large number of AV manufacturers and their associated product lines. Expertise in the following A/V categories: A/V

Development of CAD or Vizio wiring diagrams, custom wall plates designs, installation plans, etc. Leadership in the implementation of new video systems (i.e., site preparations, rack fabrications, cable terminations and calibration of audio and video equipment such as of AMX, Crestron, Tandberg/Cisco, Polycom, Vidyo, Pexip, etc. Direction and mentorship of multiple installation teams.
Positive and effective interaction with customers in absence of Project Manager. Troubleshooting of IP based AV/VTC systems demonstrating problem analysis and sound resolution skills.
