Job Description and Functional Responsibilities
A Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the installation and implementation of potentially lengthy and complex communication projects. He/She must develop the project implementation schedule;
ensure the execution of projects within cost and schedule objectives; work directly with customers, technicians, and support personnel to meet deadlines and work on a variety of projects simultaneously. He/She is responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards and project schedules, supervising personnel and communication policies, purposes, and goals of the organization and/or project to subordinates. He/She is also responsible for the day-to-day operation and the overall project performance. He/She must possess an understanding of, and experience in, complete project development life cycle, proposal, and/or task order development, and working knowledge of program management functions including cost, schedule status, and reporting. He/She must have the ability to perform on-site engineering to address unforeseen issues with the implementation of the project.
Education and Experience
High School and minimum 5 years of relation experience.
A System Programmer has an understanding of professional sound systems and audio equipment, video projection, and display systems, audio and video conferencing technologies as well as control systems & IP based networks.
He/She has a technical understanding of A/V systems and their use, including audio conferencing and video.
He/She is responsible for the design, programming, and development of custom integrated control solutions for the complex audio visual systems. He/She is responsible for testing, trouble-shooting, encoding and debugging complex audio, video, switching and control system problems. He/She provides customer training and acceptance testing of integrated control systems. He/She may perform AMX, Crestron, Extron, and Polycom control system programming, implementation and testing for System Integration client projects. He/She ensures operation and audio visual equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements. He/She leads programming code reviews, as required, and resolves field code issues. He/She contributes to design review and code review, as required.
Education and Experience
Technical School Degree and minimum 5 years related experience.

A System Analyst is responsible for providing high level onsite and technical reach back support and product expertise to the Operations Department for numerous AV and VTC system projects which include planning, installing, testing, commissioning and service support (maintenance). Primary responsibility is overseeing and providing support on high-level, complex facts of AV system installations, including configurations and testing of processor and head-end system devices. He/She is responsible for identifying, tracking, managing, and resolving project issues and must be able to test, trouble-shoot, encode, and debug complex audio, video, switching, and control system problems. He/she must be able to proactively manage scope to ensure that what is agreed upon is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management. He/She is responsible for the management of the project schedules and ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. He/She provides customer training and acceptance testing of integrated control systems. He/She must be manufacturer trained on numerous key product lines such as Poly and Cisco VTC, Crestron digital media and video walls.
Technical School Degree or minimum 5 years of related experience.
Programming Certification or AVIXA CTS-I Certification.
A Senior AV Technician is responsible for leading the implementation of a project and is involved in the physical installation of primary AV system features, including head-end devices, processors and switchers and high level rack system work. He/She is responsible for the supervision of Junior AV Technicians during the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Audio Video equipment and related components. He/She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a new project. A Senior AV technician must be able to reach and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics and be able to communicate any changes made to the installed systems. He/She must be able to test equipment and its’ functionality and work with vendors to resolve technical issues. He/She is responsible for training the end user on functionality of the system. He/She is also required to have all the skill sets of a Junior AV Technician.
Technical School Degree or minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Systems Analyst
Senior AV Technician
A Junior AV Technician is responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and trouble shooting Audio Video equipment and related components. Primary responsibility is the hand-on physical labor required for installation of AV equipment, including basic rack work, cabling and peripherals. He/She must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics, having cabling experience, possess good problem solving skills and be capable of working in a physically demanding environment (lifting weight in excess of 50lbs.). A Junior AV Technician must also possess good customer interface skills and be punctual.
High School Diploma or 1 year of related experience
A Senior AV Design Engineers must develop, devise, and/or modify statements of work (SOW), drawings and bills of materials to address complex tasks or problems. Each solution must consider the functionality, capabilities and inter-relationships between Audio/Video equipment and applicable hardware and software. Tasks include the design and development of small to enterprise level networking projects, room integration products and/or audio and video bridging products. He/She is responsible for the schematic development of each project along with a statement of work (SOW) describing the implementation of each project. He/She must research and be able to understand new leading edge technologies as they relate to our industry, whether they be manufactured strategic vendor partners or by another segment of the industry. He/She must communicate the engineered solution to members of Technical Services or other members of Professional Services for implementation. He/She assists the sales team in understanding the customer’s requirements and engineering the appropriate solution for the project. He/She is experienced with design, installation, and service of the projection screens, displays, audio systems, control systems, switchers, distribution amps, video walls, videoconferencing equipment and applications. He/She must possess a tremendous knowledge of Audio-Video equipment primarily focused on video teleconferencing and complex AV systems. He/She must work with other trades to develop complete room solutions.

Junior AV Technician
Senior Audio Video Design Engineer
An Audio Visual System Trainer designs and develops training outlines, scenarios, plans, objectives, curriculum and medium of presentation for specific education requirements. He/She identifies the best method for accomplishment of the necessary training considering the hardware, software, audience, and training parameters determines the necessary training feedback methods, type of examinations and training assessments and quality metrics. He/She delivers training seminars on-site or in-house for clients utilizing custom developed presentations and providing demonstrations on actual systems being utilized by the client.
Education and Experience
High School or Technical School Degree or minimum 5 years of related experience.
AVIXA CTS Certification
A Program Manager is our authorized primary interface with the client’s management personnel. He/She is responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, establishing program schedules, supervising personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. He/She is also responsible for the overall contract performance to include information resource management, budge, and cost control. May directly lead a large project team engaged in a long-term contract or may be responsible for managing a large, multi-year task order type of contract (i.e. BPA, IDIQ) with multiple task orders/projects and servicing as the direct liaison to the client.

Program Manager
A Digital Signage Designer produces graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts for online content. He/she determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and aesthetic design concepts. He/She is familiar with a variety of AV/VTC concepts, practices and procedures. He/She relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
