CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Minimum/General Experience: Requires five (5) years experience directly related to contract requirements, including three (3) years of management and supervisory experience. Strong written and oral communications skills and understanding of federal government rules and regulations. Provide reporting to and interface with government agency management staff and corporate management on issues related to contract performance and delivery/task order status.
Reports to company president.
Functional Responsibility: Provides on-site oversight and supervision of a given contract requirement in the area of network engineering, enterprise architecture, helpdesk support, database development, technical consulting, LAN administration, graphic design, and other technical support areas.
Minimum Education: BS/BA or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, IS, Engineering, or Business Administration or related technical field. Technical School certificate is also desired or eight (8) years of equivalent experience.
Commercial Job Title: Project Manager II
Minimum/General Experience: Requires seven (7) years experience directly related to contract requirement, including four (4) year of supervisory experience. Strong written and oral communications skills, and understanding of federal government rules and regulations. Provide reporting to and interface with government agency management staff and corporate management on issues related to contract performance and delivery/task order status. Reports to company president.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Project Manager.
Functional Responsibility: Manages and approves print production schedules, print specifications, and internal budgets.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Commercial Job Title: Proposal Processing Unit Supervisor
Minimum/General Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of proposal coordinating or related experience. Provides day-to-day coordination of the proposal production process, including updating all plans, schedules, materials, and files. Utilizes desktop publishing and graphics skills to meet RFP requirements to develop sections of the proposals. Experience working on large, complex proposal documents. Reports to Project Manager.
Functional Responsibility: Oversees the proposal production process on assigned bids.
Minimum Education: BS/BA, preferable one in communications, journalism, marketing, political science, or international relations.
Commercial Job Title: Help Desk Technician II
Minimum/General Experience: Requires one (1) year of experience in the diagnosis and repair of computer hardware and software problems. Performs installation and configuration of equipment, including components and peripherals to return equipment unit to a fully functional status. Position requires communications and significant interface with end users and members of technical staff, as well as documentation of all work and call transactions. Experience with installation and assembly of computer components, and understanding of LAN and/or mainframe equipment communications. Reports to Project Manager.
Functional Responsibility: Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma and technical school certificate, or one (1) year of equivalent experience.
Commercial Job Title: Duplicating Machine Operator
Minimum/General Experience: Sets priorities of projects. Follows copying protocol. Performs multiple tasks at the same time, using automatic equipment capabilities. Troubleshoots routine equipment problems. Collates, sorts and organizes orders. Reports to Print Services Supervisor.
Functional Responsibility: Operates photocopy, binding and other auxiliary equipment.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma and technical school certificate, or one (1) year of equivalent experience.
Commercial Job Title: Mail Clerk
Minimum/General Experience: Receives and screens incoming deliveries from all shipping contractors and screen for applications and checks. Logs checks in a spreadsheet. Sorts and delivers mail internally. Processing of outgoing mail using postage meters. Processes incoming and outgoing faxes. Reports to Print Services Supervisor.
Functional Responsibility: Processes and delivers incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma and technical school certificate, or one (1) year of equivalent experience.
Commercial Job Title: Print Production Control Clerk
Minimum/General Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in the field or in a related area. Initiates requests for bids, customer quotations, and purchase orders for vendors.
May produce presentations and other creative print media based on content prepared by professional staff. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Project Manager.

Commercial Job Title: Support Services Production Control Clerk
Minimum/General Experience: Requires two (2) years of experience in print production. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within print production.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to Print Services Supervisor.
Functional Responsibility: Performs various production control activities including gathering and filing records, reporting on use of materials, monitoring customer orders, posting production schedules, and calculating production rates.
