Over the past 30 years, we have selected and specifi ed hundreds of millions of dollars of contract furniture. In addition to our commercial projects, we have multiple, signifi cant furniture projects for The University of Texas at Austin (including the new UT Dell Medical School), The University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas State University.
Our designers are profi cient with highly detailed furniture specifi cations and bidding processes for both pre-negotiated and open market contracts.
The Bommarito Group is recognized nationally for our furniture knowledge and expertise. Our designers have served on furniture advisory boards, and participated in product development evaluations for major manufacturers.

Principal-In-Charge
The Principal-In-Charge is the main contact for all contracts and legal communications. This position takes on all contractual responsibility for the fi rm regardless of the phase of the project. The Principal will be the source for distributing all funds, to allocate staff for projects, and to provide special training and education for the staff when needed.

Project Manager / Project Architect
The Project Manager / Project Architect is responsible for effective senior level management and design tasks involving complex work. The PM organizes the project and its requirement per phase, priortizes all tasks to be on schedule and budget, and directs the team. The PM should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and is accountable to the Principal for design, budget, schedules and client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Selects and organizes the project team at the onset of the project
• Initiates design concepts and manages execution at all stages
• Develop and manage task plan with a plan for delegation
• Anticipates problems and prepared with solutions so there is never a situation
• Provides all technical skills required and mentors younger staff
• Prepares or reviews all drawings, selections, fi nishes, specifi cations prior to presenting

Project Designer II
The Project Designer II is responsible for helping to lead the interior design and interior architecture through all phases of the project. The Project Designer III works closely with all members of the team and is accountable to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
• Works with design team and client to defi ne scope of projects
• Works with design team and client to prepare detailed scheduled
• Prepares budget pricing documents, proposals and quotations as needed
• Serves in the role as customer service to ensure clients goals and objectives are met
• Validates proposal status, delivery and installation date and additional request
• Provides as back-up to each team member for customer service issue to client
• Plans, organizes and directs procurement follow-up
• Maintains in-house maintenance of project fi les and documents
• Ensures project meets critical program requirements
• Prepares revisions/additions to contracts and requests additional services
• Coordinates installation work and assign task to installation team
• Supports Principal in presentation preparation
• Prepares, edits and maintain effective communications as required
• Interfaces with client, contractor, vendor and others to ensure a successful project
