HD Broadcast Engineer

Education: Bachelors Degree General Experience: Must have a minimum of five years experience in the broadcast, production, and post-production fields Specific Experience: Must have a minimum of five years experience in the execution of specific tasks relating to the design, management, and operation of HDTV, DTV and NTSC facilities used in the broadcasting, production, and post-production industry.

Functional Responsibilities: Analyzes the technical needs of program content providers. Prepares recommendations and designs for construction and renovation of facilities. Prepares IFB, RFP, PWS procurement and construction documents. Supervises construction efforts by specialized contractors.

Makes tests and measurements to insure compliance with design specifications. Supervises follow on operations of facilities.

Audio/Visual Systems Engineer

Education: Bachelors Degree General Experience: Must have a minimum of five years experience in the audio/visual field.

Specific Experience: Must have a minimum of five years experience in the execution of specific tasks relating to the design, management, and operation of facilities used for meetings, conferences, museum, and display functions.

Functional Responsibilities: Designs audio/visual systems to be incorporated into facilities. Prepares IFB, RFP, PWS procurement and construction documents. Audio/Visual Systems Engineer

Specific Experience: Must have a minimum of three years experience in the programming of information technology, videoconferencing, telecommunication or audiovisual systems.

Functional Responsibilities: Must have a minimum of three years experience in the execution of specific tasks relating to the system design, user interface and system functionality to meet documented requirements.

Project Manager

Education: degree or equivalent experience General Experience: Must have five years experience of technical and supervisory experience in the Audio Visual field, of which three years have been in a project management capacity.

Specific Experience: Experienced manager who can define project scope from abstract or conceptual definitions, develop a set of tasks to accomplish the project, coordinate and monitor the work involved in the tasks and deliver a final product on schedule and within a prescribed budget. Have the ab ility to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees, clients, and public agencies.

Functional Responsibilities: Coordinates the overall effort of the technical staff through senior technical specialists, work on and manage a variety of technical tasks, make formal presentations to clients.

Analyze costs associated with technical tasks for optimum performance. Direct the project team toward the preparation of a professional, economical, and effective solution for each indi vidual project. Accept the responsibility for the quality control and the design concept.

Lead Technician

Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience Specific Experience: A minimum of three years experience in the construction of audio/video systems Functional Responsibilities: Follows design plans, makes on-site adjustment to plans as needed to fit on-site conditions. Supervises technicians as well as participates hands-on in systems construction.

Calibrates and aligns equipment.

Technician

Education: Associate degree or equivalent related experience Specific Experience: A minimum of one year experience in the construction of audio/video systems Functional Responsibilities: Mounts and assembles equipment. Terminates cables using specialized tools.

Administrative Assistant

Education: Associate degree or equivalent related experience in business General Experience: Must have a basic understanding of management services, financial planning, budgeting, and logistics required to support a technical team. Possess a working knowledge of reporting tools and software.

Functional Responsibilities: Assists the project team to be most efficient in the delivery of services by providing a wide range of logistical support, including records management, inventory tracking, and other administrative tasks required by the team.
