Simulation Deck (single instance)
The single-exercise event subscription will provide for the planning, design, conduct and after-action reporting for one exercise event. After the exercise, the customer will have the option of extending their subscription to a full-year subscription by paying the difference of $19,667. The year-long subscription would then conclude a year from the initial installation of the customer’s SimulationDeck instance.

Senior Project Manager
Minimum/General Experience:
Minimum of ten (10) years of project related experience. Knowledge of emergency management planning, training, exercises, and simulation. Comprehensive knowledge of Simulation Deck’s capabilities and social media’s role in emergency management. Expert in emergency management exercise and simulation methodology and design.
Functional Responsibilities:
The position involves all aspects of daily project management and performance. Works with the client throughout the project life cycle to establish project goals and objectives and ensures that they are met on time and on budget. Provides overall direction to all project level activities and personnel. Solves complex technical, administrative, programmatic and managerial problems and is responsible for interfacing with customer management and technical personnel, preparing reports, delivering presentations, and participating in meetings.
Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and cope of authority.
Directs the completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Plans, directs, coordinates, and controls administrative and technical activities for an entire program. Supervises and trains staff in accomplishing assigned duties. Reviews and maintains the quality of work performed on the program. Makes technical judgments and provides advice on resolving technical problems. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. The Senior Project Manager may also deploy to an exercise or simulation site to supervise SimulationDeck field operations. Provides on-site customer service and technical support.
Coordinates teams of field synthetic media and liaises between the exercise and remote SimulationDeck exercise specialists serving as synthetic media or role players.

Field Exercise Simulation Specialist
Minimum/General Experience:

Functional Responsibilities:
The Field Exercise Simulation Specialist deploys to an exercise or simulation site to provide simulation services. The Field Exercise Simulation Specialist may provide role playing services as a reporter for traditional media such as newspapers, radio or broadcast TV, or role playing services for social media such as social networks, microblogs, blogs, and social video/photo sharing sites. The Field Exercise Simulation Specialist may also serve as a videographer/editor for synthetic television production or creation of synthetic social photos and videos.
Senior Application Developer
Minimum/General Experience:
Five (5) years of experience developing applications on the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP).
Skilled in an agile development environment. Familiar with modern and emerging social applications.
Functional Responsibilities:
The Senior Application Developer works with project management to continually update SimulationDeck with features replacing real-life features from current and emerging social and traditional web applications. Installs instances of SimulationDeck on web and LAN-based servers customized to the needs of the client. Performs technical support and provides customer service to clients. Provides support to internal staff to optimize
SimulationDeck and to provide training on technical use of the application.
Exercise Simulation Specialist
Minimum/General Experience:
Five (5)years of project related experience in the field of emergency management or simulation. Comprehensive knowledge of SimulationDeck’s capabilities and social media’s role in emergency management. Knowledge of emergency management systems and training and exercise simulation practices. Experience developing content for traditional and social media platforms. Expert in emergency management exercise and simulation methodology and design.
Functional Responsibilities:
The Exercise Simulation Specialist serves as the chief exercise and simulation designer, working with the client to integrate SimulationDeck fully into the exercise or simulation design. Provides input into, or develops in total, master scenario events lists, situations manuals, exercise plans and other exercise documentation. Provides training and briefings on SimulationDeck to exercise players and controllers. The Exercise Simulation
Specialist may also provide remote role playing services as synthetic traditional and social media.
