Meeting Facilitation
SCP provides meeting facilitation for organizations requiring their teams to define, refine, and resolve issues related to the organization. The facilitator will set agendas, guide discussions, and work with participants to reach a conclusion regarding the topic. Includes initial client meeting to determine objectives, preparation of agenda and materials to support facilitation, and eight hours of on-site facilitation. The client may request additional services such as conducting input conversations with key stakeholders, meeting participants prior to the on-site session, or developing summary reports of meeting outcomes. Executive Coaching Package
Includes: 8 (one-hour) sessions and assessments Working individually with a leader, coaching sessions provide a focused time to think strategically with a mentoring partner. During coaching sessions, a variety of topics can be explored, but generally the focus is on increasing the effectiveness of interactions with others, and becoming an even more powerful force for positive change. Includes: 12 (one-hour) sessions Working individually on specific opportunities and challenges allows key leaders to receive mentoring and reflect on important decisions and relationships. Our clients find that when the coaching session focuses on their agenda, it helps them reflect and learn even more from their experience. Therefore, the content of coaching sessions is structured around the issues the individual identifies as the most important to discuss. IWS coaching is both empowering for change and honoring of an individual’s existing knowledge and experience. Curriculum Development
The SCP team is well skilled in partnering the instructional designers and Subject Matter Experts in order to develop curricula. We understand the importance of intentional and customized course development that meets client objectives. We have a rich history of developing programs that meet specific learning outcomes and contribute to strategic and change management goals. Our team will use the 5-step ADDIE model illustrated in order to guide curriculum development activities to ensure each curriculum is clear, relevant and consistent.
Learning Management Systems
The SCP team is well skilled in training large groups of employees as part of large-scale training initiatives. A comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) can serve as a critical tool to transfer knowledge across teams and communicate critical information. Knovex, our training partner, can provide comprehensive e-Learning and LMS training support for the GSA’s future training needs.
As requirements would require, the SCP team can deploy training via an open-source LMS, like eFront. This would allow for 24/7 training opportunities at a best value price. Our team has the ability to set up and manage a Learning Management System to house e-Learning opportunities and track learner progress and accomplishments.

Psychometric Tests and Other Assessment Tools
Our team has significant experience administering psychometric assessments as deemed appropriate to support organizational assessments and/or individual and team development needs. Psychometric instruments support a variety of purposes, most notably to assist individuals to increase self-awareness around behaviors and skills related to performance effectiveness and increase appreciation for different personalities and work styles. Psychometric tools can be invaluable in designing interventions to specifically target the needs of a given group and may be administered either as part of a training initiative, individual coaching and team facilitation or organizational improvement efforts.
Following administration of an assessment, our team can analyze and report results, maintaining the appropriate level of individual confidentiality, and can conduct individual or group feedback sessions to help individuals ‘make meaning’ of their results and identify a plan of action based on that knowledge to improve performance and develop new skills.
Our team has extensive experience administering and interpreting a wide variety of psychometric tools, as well as, experience developing custom tools designed to improve individual, team and organizational performance.

Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS)
The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), also referred to as the Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories/services have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
