Terms and Conditions
Services provided under the MAS apply to all Federal agencies, both civilian and Defense. The prices, terms and conditions stated here apply exclusively to MAS within the scope of this Schedule. GGS shall provide services at GGS’s facility and/or at the Government location, as agreed to by GGS and the ordering office. “On- site” pricing schedules reflect work to be performed at GGS’s facilities; “off-site” pricing reflects work performed at customer locations. An adjusted rate is required for services to be performed in the geographic areas of Hawaii, Alaska and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

About GGS’s MAS Services & Products
Under the MAS contract, GGS will deliver services and products designed to support change and transformation and the system-wide model of management excellence and performance improvement embodied in current Federal initiatives.
These services and products are organized under two MAS program categories:

Training Services GGS is a small business experienced in providing high quality, affordable, tailored training to meet our customers’ needs. This approach has resulted in exceptional student evaluations of both the course material and the instructors. We specialize in providing senior-level acquisition/contracting, system engineering, and project management experts to deliver training in innovative formats that are relevant and current to the present policy laws, regulations and needs of our customers. Our focus is on Performance! This focus is reflective in all of the courses available under this SIN and is beneficial to all members of the acquisition team responsible for requirements development, pre and post contractual actions. Each course provides the most current insight for enhancing functional knowledge and technical performance.
About GGS’s Training Services
Synopsis of GGS Training and Development Workshops and Courses. During the past years, GGS has designed and developed more than 600 workshops and courses for Federal clients. Last year alone, we delivered more than 300 offerings nationwide. We have found that management improvement training works best when it is interactive, and has minimum lecture and maximum hands-on participation, drawing on the real-life experiences of participants.
The list of workshops and courses presented on the next page highlights our MAS-related content designed for the Federal workforce at large. The length of each course and workshop can be either expanded or condensed. Modifications in length may be required because of factors such as the participants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and/or position level.
Travel, lodging, and meal expenses are in addition to the rates listed on the next page and will be billed according to Public Law 99-234; FAR 31.205-46.
In addition to the training courses and workshops listed, GGS will provide customized training courses, tailored to an agency’s specific mission and needs.

All prices are based on a class size of 30 maximum students. All prices contained in this document are FOB destination. Travel and per diem for instructor/consultant is separately priced at FTR rates.

GGS’s course development has a stellar track record of success. GGS developed and delivered the first executive level contracting course for DAU (CON 301). This highly successful course was an example of meeting the current and constantly changing needs of our acquisition professionals for their Level III contracting certification. GGS also developed and delivered Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) training for DoD and federal civilian agencies tailoring the training to the specific needs of the customer(s).
