The lowest priced service and associated unit price for that service is the development and delivery of a single Leadership Development course, priced at $7,125. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. This price is not based on the geographic location of the customer.

Discount: Discount from list prices or statement of net price: Prices shown herein are Net (discount deducted). Price list contains only net prices, based upon the commercial price list less discounts accepted by the Government. The GSA rates have been reduced by 25% of our commercial pricelist. In addition, Government agencies are eligible for an additional 15% Quantity discount for purchasing 10+ courses to be delivered within a 6 month period. This allows Government agencies to potentially receive a 40% discount from our commercial rate.

Prompt Payment Terms: Net 30 days. Giant Leap will provide a 1% discount for payment made within 10 days of receipt of invoice.

A. Leadership Development
Courageous Leadership
The Courageous Leadership workshop will develop the vital strategies for helping leaders and employees be more courageous. Participants will learn about the debilitating impact that fear has on performance, including the latest brain research. They will be introduced to three universal challenges faced by all employees: the Initiative Challenge, the Trust Challenge and the Assertiveness Challenge and learn tools to combat them. Participants will also learn about two different leadership types relative to courage.

· Includes professional produced $50 participant workbook published by Pfeiffer Coaching and Mentoring for Performance
Developing the abilities of others is a primary responsibility of the effective leader. This workshop provides direction on how to coach and mentor employees, how to give tough but constructive feedback, and techniques for goal and expectation setting. Participants will gain experience using the coaching cycle and learn how to construct “coaching contracts.”

Introduction to Effective Leadership
This engaging, hands-on workshop introduces the five major practices of leadership; model the way, inspire the shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage the heart. Through the workshop, participants will have a clear understanding of effective leadership, and how to incorporate these practices into their day-to-day leadership.

Leading Change
Change is an inevitable and integral constant in the workplace, and yet, without the correct tools to understand and address change, it can paralyze a workforce. This seminar will enable participants to understand why change is important to leadership, gain insight into the stages people go through during change, learn why change efforts can fail, and develop tools to counter and overcome resistance to change.

Managing Generational Differences
This session will explore the different generational characteristics, identify some of the practical ways generational difference shows up in the workplace, and provides practices that can be used to manage these different groups.

Risk Taking
Opportunity comes disguised as a risk. This session will provide guidance on learning how to assess your individual risk appetite, identify “right” risks, and how to encourage others to take advantage of opportunity.

B. Team Development Conflict Management
Conflict is an inevitable by-product of working together, but one key to successful organizations is identifying how to make conflict productive. Participants in the Conflict Management workshop will learn about the sources of, and the five styles of engaging in, conflict. They will also discuss how leaders should manage conflict and practice productive conflict resolution.

Leading Teams and Teambuilding
This workshop provides the necessary skills required to build and lead teams. Participants will gain knowledge into how teams mature over time as well as how to increase cross-organization support. They will learn and practice a variety of team building tools and develop techniques for leading teams.

Motivating and Engaging Employees
The difference between motivated and de-motivated employees can make or break an organization. This seminar enables leaders to understand how to keep personnel motivated and engaged at work. Differences in what motivates different generations will also be explored.

C. Skill Building Accountability & Goal-setting
This seminar focuses on increasing personal and team accountability. Time is spent clarifying the difference between accountability and responsibility, and the most common reasons for lack of accountability. Tools for increasing accountability will be introduced, as will specific guidance on how to set bold goals, and how to ensure that everyone stays accountable toward furthering those goals.

Clarity in written communication is a necessary skill, however, many employees are not able to clearly articulate themselves in documents. Upon completion of the Business Writing workshop, participants will have developed skills to make their writing clear, concise, and persuasive.

Communicating and Listening
This workshop reinforces the importance of communication to leadership and enables individuals to understand how communication breaks down and how to prevent it. Participants will review the ideal communication process and practice techniques for better listening.

Misunderstandings and miscommunications can occur in an organization without a clear understanding of how Workplace Cultures differ from one another. Strategic Planning Training
Strategic plans should be dynamic road maps that inform the direction of an organization and also respond to changing environmental factors.
