Safety in Motion, Inc. is a leader in preventing strains and sprains. Since 1995 our mission has been to help people reduce unnecessary physical stress and prevent body motion injuries. Our client list includes a number of fortune 500 companies in a wide spectrum of industries. Clients have reported up to a 40% reduction in musculoskeletal related injuries in the first year, with further sustained reductions in subsequent years using our process.

The process consists of consulting, physical techniques, training methods, materials and ongoing reinforcement. Through physical demonstrations during training, employees experience how small changes in physical technique significantly reduce unnecessary stress and strain. We then help reinforce that with real life practical application activities in both workplace and off the job settings.
