| Design: 874-4 |
| Program design includes all preparation and development of a program prior to its commencement. This includes time put into a programs creation, outline, agenda, materials created such as PowerPoint's, video clips, role plays and hand outs, as well as any simulations or group exercises. For programs that are offered as ongoing any changes after a pilot program may require redesign and will be charged accordingly. Program designers are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience plus a Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 10 years experience. |

| The cost of this service is governed by the number facilitators needed for a program. The number of facilitators needed is determined by the number of participants in a program and/or the program design. For team building activities, teams are usually made up of 8-12 participants. Some communication courses that require video-taping and feedback require a 1 to 4 ratio of facilitator and participant. Classroom training is usually kept at 24 to 30 participants per session. More than one facilitator may be required to teach a program that large. This service includes all initiatives that are performed and any training or facilitating that is performed within the group. Programs can cover many topics including teambuilding, leadership development, conflict resolution, MBTI, Disc; train the trainer and many other topics. Topics to be covered during a program will be determined during the design stages. Facilitators are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience and a Bachelors degree or, 2 years experience and a Masters degree, or a PhD degree, or 10 years of experience. |

| Our executive/management coaching services may be conducted in individual sessions as 1- on- 1 coaching done in person or via phone sessions or they can be set up to accommodate group coaching sessions, usually not larger than 12 participants. Our coaches offer a wide range of expertise in all areas of coaching; including executive coaching, leadership and management coaching, and life coaches. Our staff of premier coaches have a minimum of 5 years coaching experience and/or are certified by an ICF approved certification program. |

| Falls River Center facilitation services – Assistance in running a productive and impartial meeting. Our facilitators can be used in a variety of business settings to ensure group processes run effectively with the highest degree of collaboration and consensus possible. Our facilitators are highly skilled in addressing and dealing with group dynamics and effectively managing conflicts that may naturally surface. Falls River Center facilitators are trained in the observation of group dynamics and skilled in group process. Our facilitators have a minimum of 5 years experience and a Bachelors degree, or 2 years experience with a Master degree, or a PHD degree, or 10 years of experience. |
