Principal Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 10 years of related experience in architectural field. The ideal candidate must be familiar with a variety of field’s concept, practices and procedures. Requires extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The candidate must be able to perform variety of complex tasks.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees and plan all architectural aspects of environmental infrastructures. Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials and overall guidance on objectives and concepts. Will supervise and evaluate work of architects.
Minimum Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Architect’s License.
Environmental Engineer I
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience is required. Candidates must have design experience in water/wastewater treatment projects. Knowledge of environmental regulations, CERCLA, Superfund, HSCA, and RCRA is a plus. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) is a plus.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Manage engineering and design tasks related to water, wastewater and groundwater treatment. Must be experienced in treatment remedies. Develop construction drawings, technical and construction specifications and cost estimates related to above projects. Must be able to take conceptual directions for project tasks and develop detailed plans to complete task.
Minimum Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in environmental engineering required.
Environmental Engineer II
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 4-9 years of related experience. Candidates must have experience in performing environmental assessments, environmental studies and environmental evaluation of hazardous waste materials. Knowledge of environmental regulations, CERCLA, Superfund, HSCA, CWA and RCRA is a must.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Manage engineering tasks related to hazardous waste water, wastewater and groundwater. Must have experience with environmental studies and design that relates to hazardous waste.

Environmental Engineer III

Position Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records and payroll. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
Minimum Education/Training: A High School Graduate, College Degree Preferred.
CAD Operator/Designer
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 5 plus years of experience with pumps, casings, injection molding design, investment casings, and die-casting design. Reverse engineering experience a plus, desire a hands on person, willing to get dirty, measure current casings, reference 2D drawings and old hand drawn prints. Strong mechanical aptitude – 3 month project.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Provide accurate solid models and drawings for existing products. Process Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Notes (ECR/ECN). Seek input from ME, Foundry & Production on products and design changes to improve the design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA). Check drawings and layout for accuracy, proper use of GD&T and tolerance stack up analysis.
Minimum Education/Training: Associate Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school required.
Program Manager
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing projects, personnel, and clients both private and government. Good communication skills, both oral and writing.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Use management tools to manage schedule, and implement environmental programs. Attend scoping meets, develop scope of work, prepare contract documents.
Minimum Education/Training: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Administration. Must have experience with Microsoft project software.
GIS Technician I
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience. This individual will assist in the design, development, and creation of databases and maps. Familiarity with GIS applications in planning, knowledge and ArcMap tools.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Use GIS to edit zoning, utilities or hazard maps. Prepare maps for reports. Use GIS to perform studies and briefs for planning actions. Use GIS analysis for zoning inquiries, impact analysis, and information management.
Minimum Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Cartography, Natural Resources, Computer Sciences, Planning, Environmental Science or a relate field.
GIS Technician III
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing QA/QC services necessary to identify and amend gaps, overlaps and duplicates in geodatabase. Lead team of GIS technicians to oversee quality control support. Provide support using ArcGIS and the WISE (Watershed Information Systems) scoping tool. Tasks include geo-referencing, projection, spatial data creation and editing. Ability to design and create maps for use in project progress meetings. Ability to provide maps in digital formats.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize GIS software to perform spatial analysis for projects as assigned. Preparation of training manuals and delivery of training programs. Perform spatial data administration support and advanced analysis for special projects. Participate in beta evaluation of new GIS software, new releases of existing software and problem analysis. Remains current with evolving federal and state standards for GIS and insures compliances in GIS consulting engagements. Creates metadata and works with user data providers to generate appropriate metadata. Teach staff and clients new or changed aspects of new software releases or new software packages for GIS. Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 10 years of solid experience with environmental science as it relates to environmental engineering. Experience in preparing environmental plans and knowledge of environmental regulations are required. Effective coordination and interaction with professional staff, subcontractors, and clients is required. Strong technical writing ability required.

The ideal candidates must possess the skills to evaluate and analyze environmental samples.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct RCRA corrective measures studies (CMS), CERCLA feasibility (FS) studies, and prepares Collect soil, water, surface water, groundwater and air samples, monitor well installation, evaluate data, perform environmental site assessments and prepare corrective Action Plans for sites.
Minimum Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in science, environmental science, geology or biology and OSHA HAZWOPER certification preferred.
Principal Designer
Minimum/General Experience: The qualified candidate would have at least 15 years of design experience of environmental facilities. Must be familiar with current design manuals for environmental facilities. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of environmental regulations and ability to work with equipment vendors and have excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: The Principal Design Engineer will manage multi-task, multi-disciplinary environmental and engineering projects involving existing and innovative technologies. Manage technical, budgetary and schedule performance to achieve client satisfaction and repeat business. Provide project and staff leadership for all design efforts. Provide engineering and technical expertise to design staff. Manage proposal preparation including innovative technical approaches and competitive pricing. Will prepare and conduct client presentations. Responsible for providing oversight to the design work generated by designers to insure that proper coordination of the project is achieved.
Minimum Education/Training: A Bachelors or Masters of Science Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineer, Chemical Engineering, or related degree; have a PE license; and a minimum of 15+ years of environmental consulting industry experience pertaining to the design of water and wastewater systems (design & implementation). Strong technical experience, knowledge of remediation technologies including design and implementation of treatment systems is preferred.
Designer
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in design of environmental infrastructure projects. Prepare design documents – plans and specifications. The ideal candidates must possess the skills to evaluate and analyze environmental samples.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: This designer will primarily be responsible for leading and coordinating the design and CAD drafting effort for the design of environmental engineering facilities. This designer will work closely with various project managers, discipline engineers and designers to complete the design required for projects assigned.
Minimum Education/Training: A Bachelors or Masters of Science Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineer, Chemical Engineering, or related degree.
LABOR CATEGORIES AWARDED UNDER SIN C871-7
Senior Civil Inspector
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 10 years of related field inspection of infrastructures. Requires knowledge of field testing methodologies. Ability to work with general contractors.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Perform inspections of construction activities on government properties. Keep daily log of field activities. Observe all field testing as required. Attend progress meetings and take minutes of the meeting. Major emphasis will be on monitoring of activities on the field.
Minimum Education/Training: High School Graduate, WACEL Soils I, and WACEL Concrete I.
Project Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience with engineering design and construction management. At least 10 years of experience in administering and directing of construction programs. Knowledge of construction codes, and OSHA regulations.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and administer multiple construction projects. Attend progress meetings and communicate with clients to present status on projects. Make oral presentations to clients. Resolve field administration issues.
Minimum Education/Training: A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or Engineering. Professional Engineer License is required.
Field Inspector
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 5 years plus related experience, with a solid background in heavy civil construction. Requires background in means and methods of civil construction techniques. Strong time management and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Expected to function in CM field staff in a variety of tasks as needed including evaluating construction progress, review of field engineer reports and assist in remedying open issues. Major emphasis will be on monitoring and documenting the contractor’s timely prosecution of work. Interface and coordinate with other construction manager’s quality control manager and field safety engineers to maintain and track various logs, reports and field records. Prepares Weekly Resource Tracking and/or detailed work activities report for all shifts and prepares a shift/daily field report. Tracks quality control records as directed. Identifies potential coordination, quality and safety or environmental issues and raises them appropriately. Assists in reviews of contract and shop drawings as requested.

Senior Inspector-Lead
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in quality to include incoming inspection of diverse materials and related documentation or a combination of relevant work experience and training. Experience in CMM programming utilizing PC DMIS V4.0 software, basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, basic knowledge of video inspection systems and basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Perform inspections at incoming/in-process for the instrument plant. Independently plan and perform daily work duties, inspections, and tests. Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Follows BD policies and procedures, and prioritizes multiple tasks. Demonstrates the effective use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, scales, rules, height gauges, CMM, video comparator and optical comparator. Ability to read and comprehend complex assembly drawings, test procedures and component drawings.
Minimum Education/Training: A High School Graduate, College Degree preferred. For Mechanical
Inspector: ASQ CMI or CQT Certification Preferred

Senior Construction Manager
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing construction projects. Must have experience with Primavera, strong management, communication and organizational skills.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Manage construction projects. Supervise resident engineers and field inspectors. Assign responsibilities and set schedules. Conduct onsite construction meetings, conduct meeting with general contractors, ability to direct multiple construction projects simultaneously, knowledge of OSHA regulations regulation. Travel to different project sites. Represent clients on obtaining permits if required on construction projects.
Minimum Education/Training: A Bachelor’s Degree in environmental engineering and professional engineer license.
Project Principal
Minimum/General Experience: 25+ years of experience. Experience in Project Management, administrative, financial and marketing. Recognized as a leader in their field.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the largest or most complicated projects. Identification of prospective clients, leading major project pursuits and presentation. Assists in supervising the departments. Provide overall supervision and assistance to the Project Managers as needed.
Minimum Education/Training: Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Must possess Professional Engineer’s License.
Principal – Construction
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience directing and managing complex construction projects. Must have a thorough knowledge of OSHA and applicable regulations that govern construction activities.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees and directs all construction activities. Communicates with the Program Manager to ensure resources are adequate and high work quality is maintained.
Minimum Education/Training: Masters’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Must possess Professional Engineers License.
Construction Manager
Minimum/General Experience: This individual must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience managing construction projects. Must have at least five years of experience using Primevera Software. Ability to manage multiple General Contractors and Field Inspectors. Experience with organizing and directing progress meetings with contractors and field staff.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Manage construction projects. Deliver projects on time, manage change orders, prepare punch lists, and conduct final project walk-through. Identify work deficiencies and implement action to correct identified deficiencies. Manage daily site meetings and progress meetings. Communicate with client regularly to provide project updates, schedules, and progress status.
Minimum Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Engineers License.
Field Inspector
Minimum/General Experience: Five years of experience in civil, geotechnical, earthwork, electrical, mechanical and HVAC inspection.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect General Contractor during construction activities to ensure work is according to construction documents.
Minimum Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent and certification as required by the industry.
