| Contract Labor Standards (SCLS): The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. Communications Manager Detailed position description (include functional responsibilities):
· Manages, directs and coordinates all departmental project details to include budgeting, timelines and interfacing with the client.
· Organizes and plans both national and international conferences ranging from 100 to 2000 participants to include exhibitors, sponsors and concurrent breakout sessions.
