Associate Functional Responsibilities: Associates execute specific elements of engagements under direct supervision. They are responsible for becoming familiar with engagement and business area procedures and issues. As experience and proficiency is gained, associates are expected to undertake more difficult assignments and manage greater responsibility.
Minimum Education: All associates performing work have a 4- or 5-year Bachelors degree and most are academically qualified to sit for the Certified Public Accountants examination.
Minimum Experience: Associates have 1 or more years public accounting or consulting experience.
Manager Functional Responsibilities: Managers control and supervise CohnReznick client engagements. Managers monitor requirements, deliverables, and resources of engagements and provide direct supervision for Senior Associates and Associates. Managers seek to increase technical skills, develop staff, and seek new client opportunities through marketing efforts.
Minimum Education: All managers performing work hold a 4- or 5-year Bachelors degree and some hold advanced degrees and certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Minimum Experience: Managers have 5 or more years of experience in public accounting or consulting.
Principal Functional Responsibilities: Principals have primary responsibility to manage CohnReznick client relationships and to administer the services provided to them. They provide the highest level of experience or expertise among staff and are responsible for large overall client volume. Principals participate in Firm, Department, and Team management in the areas of engagement management, staff development, technical effectiveness, marketing, and sales.
Minimum Education: All principals performing work hold a 4- or 5-year Bachelors degree and most hold advanced degrees and certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Minimum Experience: Principals have 18 or more years of experience in public accounting or consulting.
Senior Associate Functional Responsibilities: Senior Associates perform specific elements of engagements and oversee sections of engagements with direct supervision. Senior Associates supervise several associates and work to identify potential engagement issues and problems. Senior Associates work to increase technical skills and must have the ability to perform work and simultaneously supervise staff.
Minimum Education: All senior associates performing work hold a 4- or 5-year Bachelors degree. Some Senior Associates hold advanced degrees and certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Minimum Experience: Senior Associates have 2 or more years of experience in public accounting or consulting.
SCLS Statement
The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) are applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Consolidated MAS Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
