Minimum Experience/Education: Advanced technical training 14 years of experience OR BA/BS degree and advanced academic work and 10 years of experience OR Advanced degree and 8 years of experience.
Functional Responsibilities: Work requires the independent development of comprehensive and relatively complex project plans and schedules and continual monitoring and updating of plans and schedules to ensure that project goals are achieved.
